营场所的安全、消防责任。成立以法定代表人为主要成员的安全生产领导小组，

建立安全生产责任制度，积极做好安全生产的宣传教育工作，认真履行“一把手”

抓安全生产的责任。

2、认真贯彻落实《安全生产法》等有关法律法规，将安全生产责任具体落

实到每一个岗位、每一个人；对重点部位要重点防范，专业技术人员必须持证上

岗，重点岗位人员必须熟练掌握操作规程；对危险物品、可疑人员及现象要有安

全监控和检查措施。

3、严格按照《消防法》等法律法规和消防技术规范要求，对本单位进行自

查自改，各类消防设施和其他硬件设施必须规范、有效，各种消防安全疏散系统

必须保持畅通。对存在的各类火灾隐患进行认真的排查、整改，做到每天重点检

查和平时

4、电影院的法定代表人是企业遵纪守法和安全生产的第一责任人，要认真

组织本企业全体职工切实履行上述责任，做到责任到岗、责任到人，狠抓落实，

如有违反将依法承担责任。对企业员工每年组织不少于两次安全生产培训和消防

应急演练，及时向主管部门上报安全信息。

5、企业场所内各种安全标识清楚、齐全，并在醒目位置放置消防设施设备。

此责任书一式两份。由电影院及其法定代表人签字盖章后，企业自留一份，

镇政府存档一份。
