3，优秀的沟通能力和组织协调能力。沟通能力是一个团队领导者具有的基础能力，沟通能力强者有利干对团队成员进行组织协调，有利干与经销商进行相关促销方案和其它政策的沟通，也有利干和重要渠道客户进行谈判等等作用。而组织协调能力体现的则是领导者的平衡感，能根据团队内各种性格类型的下属，消除团队内出现的消极和抱怨，进行工作内容或岗位安排上的组织协调。也能组织协调好各个经销客户，激励他们向团队整体目标进发。

4，良好的指导能力。优秀的团队领导者会经常根据市场的变化

或其它工作需要，做好对下属的指导工作，让其能找到正确工作方向。最好是在下属碰到工作上或者个人生活上的困难，且已经有所表现时，就应加以认直分析，并做好相应的沟通和指导，以让他尽快走出低谷。
