二.酒店入住欢迎卡

客人进店办理入住手续时,通常会收到酒店的欢迎卡(Welcoming Card)或欢迎册(welcoming Booklet)。

有的酒店知名人士之为住房证(Residence Certificate)或住房卡(Guest Passport)。它可以作为住店客人的

“临时XX”,持卡人可以服务台取钥匙,或在餐厅享受免费早餐或用记账。欢迎卡(册)还有其他的功能,

例如介绍酒店设施与项目、重要注意事项,或者印有酒店的名称、地址,便于客人反回住地等。

Unit2 Room Rervation 客房预订

一、客房预订的常见形式

1.临时性预计(Simple Rervation):指客人在即将抵达,或在抵店的当天进行的预订。酒店有

权在下午前取消。

2.确认性预订(confirmed Rervation):指酒店答应为预订者保留客房至于某一时间,但如果客

人到了截止时间(Cut—off Time)仍未抵店,又未通知酒店有关推迟抵店情况的,酒店可将其预订客房

另租给其他客人。

3.保证性预订(Guaranteed Rervation):以上的两种方式都属于非保证性预订(Unguaranteed

Rervation)。如果客人要确保酒店保留其预订的房间,就可以采用保证性预订,通过使用信用卡、预付

订金、订立合同等方法,来确保酒店应有的收入;而酒店则必须保证为其提供所需的客房,除非接到了预

订者取消订房的通知,否则即使客人未抵店,也应保留客房至次日退房结帐时限为止。

三、客房的种类

酒店客房大致可分为单间套房两种类型:

单人间:(Single Room)配备一X单人床,适用于单身客人。

大床间:(Double Room)配备一X双人床,较适合夫妇居住。

双床间:(Twin Room)配血两面三刀X单人床,这类客房在酒店中比重极大,因此又称为酒店的“标准间

(Standard Room)”

三人间:(Triple Room)配备三X单人床。

2.套房由两间或两间以上客房构成,又可细分为:

⑴普通套间(Junior Suite):通常一间为起居室,另一间为为卧室。

⑵商务套间(Business suite):专为商旅客人设计,一间为起居兼办公室,别另一间为卧室。

⑶复式套间(Duples Suite):也称立体套间,其布置为起居室在下,卧室在上两者用室内楼梯连接。

⑷连接套间(Connecting Rooms):也称组合套间。两间相连的客房用隔间性能好、均安装门锁连接,并都配

有卫生间;需要时,既可以作为两面三刀间独立的客房出租,也可作间出租灵活性较大。

⑸豪华套间(Delu Suite):气派豪华,为两面三刀套间或三套间布置,三套间中除起居室、卧室外,还有

一间餐室或会议室,卧室中配备大号双人。

⑹总统套间(Presidential Suite):双称特套间,一般由五间以上的房间组成,装饰布置极为讲究,通常在豪

华酒店才设置此类套间。

五、客房报价类型

1、 基本房价(Rack Rate):又叫标准房价、门市价、散客价等,也就是价目表(Tariff)上所公布的现行

普通价格。

2、 追加房价(Extra Charge):追加价格是在公布价格的基础上,根据客人住宿情况,另外加收的房费,

通常有以下几种情况:

⑴、白天租用价(Day Charge):客人退房离店超过了规定时间,酒店将向客人收取白天租用价。许多

酒店规定:客人在12时后、18时前退房,加收半天房费;在18时以后退房,加收一天房费。

⑵、加床费(Rate For Extra Bed):酒店给需要在房内临时加床的客人提供的房价。

⑶、深夜房价(Midnight Charge):客人在凌晨抵店,酒店将向客人加收一天或半天房费。

⑷、保留房价(Hold-Room Charge):住客短期外出施行,但继续保留所住客房,或因特殊情况未能与

时抵店,酒店通常需要客人支付房费,但一般不再加收服务费。

⑸、钟点价(Time Rate):指酒店的客房完全根据入住时间的钟点计算的房价,一般在6小时以内。

3、 特别房价(Special Rate)

⑴、团队价(Group Rate):酒店为团队客人提供的优惠房价。

⑵、家庭租用价(Family Plan Rate):酒店为携带孩子的父母所提供的折扣价格。

⑶、小包价(Package Plan Rate):酒店为特殊客人提供的一揽子报价,通常包括房租费与餐费、游览

费、交通费等项目的费用。

⑷、折扣价(Discount Rate):酒店向常客(Regular Guest)或长住客(Long-staying Guest)或贵宾(VIP)

提供的优惠价格。

⑸、免费(Complimentay Rate):酒店在互惠互利的原则下,给予客人免费待遇。

二、处理外宾投诉应注意的事项

1、在聆听时要保持目光接触(在西方这是基本的尊重),不时地用“Uh-huh” ,“Oh”等用语来表示自

己在认真听。

2、不要急于辩解。要弄清事实的真相,可以婉转地提问,使外宾有机会进行解释,例如:不要说“Didn’t

you rerve this?”(我能知道您预订的是什么吗?)

3、问清外宾的XX和房号。在说话时,不要笼统地用Sir/madam来称呼,而就使用Mr./Mrs.×× ,使他们
