"The Machine That Changed the World",taking the automobile

industry as an example,introduced the emergence and

development of lean production method for the first

time,predicting that lean production method will have a

profound impact on the world's political and economic

this,I understand the origin of lean

production,the elements of lean production and the diffusion

of lean production.

What I feel deeply is the elements of lean

the face of the crisis of overcapacity in the world economy,it

production capacity,while the competitive lean production

capacity is riously refreshing conclusion has

shocked not only the world industrial community but also the

world economic book focus on how to apply lean

production in every aspect of practical the

makes the whole company become a stimulates the

initiative,creativity and responsibility of employees through

the lifetime employment the asmbly line,it

emphasizes the"timely treatment of problems",and every worker

can stop the asmbly line to prevent the repair of cars before

《改变世界的机器》，以汽车工业为例，首次介绍了精益生产方

式的产生和发展，预示了精益生产方式将对世界政治和经济局势产生

深远影响。我从中明白了精益生产方式的由来,精益生产方式的要素

和精益生产方式的扩散这三部分内容。

感受颇深的还是精益生产方式的要素这部分。面对世界经济广泛

出现的生产能力过剩的危机，它提出：真正过剩的是缺乏竞争力的大

量生产方式的生产能力，而具有竞争力的精益生产方式的生产能力是

严重缺乏的。这一令人耳目一新的结论，不仅使世界工业界而且使世

界经济界都为之一振。它使人们在不断变化这本书里着重介绍了如何

具体地在实际工作的各个环节应用精益生产方式。从这部分的叙述中

明白了精益生产方式在工厂经营、产品开发、协作系统的协调、用户

关系等方面，以及整个精益企业是如何工作的。精益生产方式不是狭

义地指在流水线上的“生产”，它是一个系统，渗透到整个过程的每

一个环节。从产品设计开始，然后延伸到远远超出工厂范围之外的用

户。精益生产方式使整个公司变成一个社团，通过终身雇佣制激发员

工的主动性、创造力与责任感，在组装线上强调“有问题及时处理”，

每个工人都可以让组装线停下来，以杜绝汽车出厂前的返修；汽车是

一种及其复杂的产品，其开发和工程设计需要经过数量可观而专业技

能极不相通的人员共同努力。
