管沟回填专项施工方案

湖北中烟武汉圈烟厂易地技改厂房工程的2.5 km管径为DN150、DN200的污水管，要在厂房地下敷设污水管道，开挖深1.48 m以内。管道基础应采用洁净、坚硬、颗粒级配良好的粗砂或碎石土，其细度模数宜在2.5～3.7之间，最小不应＜2.3，含泥量＜3%。基础面至管顶以内30cm为三合土回填，管顶30cm以上为原土回填，详见图1。

1）、管道基础、管侧及管顶以上500mm内的沟槽回填土，必须采用人工分层回填并压实：特别是在管顶以上500mm范围内不得用重型夯实。

一、施工方法

1)、管槽回填前，应符合下列要求。

2)、在闭水试验合格后方可进行回填。

3)、回填时，要保证沟槽内无积水、杂物等。
