关于狐狸的英语故事阅读
The fox and the grapes
One hot summer day a fox was walking through an orchard. He stopped before
a bunch of grapes. They were ripe and juicy.
"I'm just feeling thirsty," he thought. So he backed up a few paces, got a
running start, jumped up, but could not reach the grapes.
He walked back. One, two, three, he jumped up again, but still, he misd
the grapes.
The fox tried again and again, but never succeeded. At last he decided to
give it up.
He walked away with his no in the air, and said“I am sure they are
sour.”
狐狸和葡萄
一个炎热的夏日,狐狸走过一个果园,他停在一大串熟透而多汁的葡萄前.
狐狸想:“我正口渴呢.”于是他后退了几步,向前一冲,跳起来,却无法够到葡萄.
狐狸后退又试.一次,两次,三次,但是都没有得到葡萄.
狐狸试了一次又一次,都没有成功.最后,他决定放弃,他昂起头,边走边说:“葡萄还没有成熟,我敢肯定它是酸的.”
寓意: 在经历了许多尝试而不能获得成功的时候,有些人往往故意轻视成功,以此来寻求心理安慰.
狐狸和公鸡 Fox and cock
One morning a fox es a cock .He thinks ,"This is my breakfast.''
He comes up to the cock and says ,"I know you can sing very well .Can you
sing for me ?''
The cock is glad .He clos his eyes and begins to sing .
The fox es that and catches him in his mouth and carries him away.
The people in the field e the fox . They cry ,"Look ,look !The fox is
carrying the cock away .''
The cock says to the fox ," Mr Fox ,do you understand ? The people say you
are carrying their cock away .Tell them it is yours .Not theirs.''
The fox opens his mouth and says ,"The cock is mine ,not yours.''
Just then the cock runs away from the fox and flies into the tree.
一天早晨,一只狐狸看见一只公鸡。
他想:“这是我的早饭。”
他走向公鸡并说:“我知道你歌唱得很美。你能为我唱歌吗?”

The Rabbit and the Fox
Once there was a naughty rabbit. He likes to play tricks, and it made
other animals angry. But it was very different to catch him.
One day, a wolf said to a fox, "I have an idea to catch the rabbit. You go
back home and get into bed. I'll go to the rabbit and tell him that you are
dead. If he comes to e you, you'll
jump up and catch him."
"Good idea," said the fox, "I'll do that." Then fox ran home and got into
bed. The wolf went to the rabbit's hou and said, "Mr. Rabbit, have you heard
Mr. Fox is dead?" The wolf stood at
the door, and then he went away.
"Really? I haven't heard anything about it." The rabbit said to himlf,
so he decided to go and e if it was true. He went to the fox's hou and
looked in through the window. He saw the
fox lying in bed. He opened the door and went in. he looked at the fox
and said, "Mr. Wolf says is dead, but he doesn't look like a dead fox.
A dead fox always open his mouth."
When the fox heard this, he thought, "I'll show him that I am dead." So he
opened his mouth.
The rabbit saw the fox open his mouth, and he knew the fox was not dead.
He ran out of the hou as fast as he could.
兔子和狐狸
以前有一个淘气的兔子,他喜欢恶作剧,这使得其他动物很生气。但是想抓住这是兔子可不容易。
一个,狼对狐狸说:"我想到一个办法可以抓住这只兔子,你回家睡在床上,我去告诉告诉兔子你死了。如果他来看你,你就跳起来抓住它。"

当狐狸听见这话,他想"我要让他知道我是死的。于是他张开了嘴巴。
兔子看见狐狸张开了嘴巴,他知道狐狸没有死,于是他飞快从房子里跑了出来。
