6、混凝土在运输和浇筑过程中的温度和覆盖的保温材料均应按照冬期施工规程要求进行热加工计算。

三）砌筑工程

1、砌块等砌体材料冬季不得浸水，表面不得含冰雪及其他污物。

2、砂浆采用热水拌制，水温不超过80℃，砂温度不超过40℃。砂浆中掺加非氯盐防冻剂以提高防冻性能。拌制时砂中不含有冰雪及泥块等，搅拌用水同砼的用水要求。冬季搅拌砂浆的稠度比常温时要适当增加。

3、冬季搅拌砂浆的时间适当延长，使用时温度不低于5℃。

4、每日砌筑收工时将垂直灰缝填满上面不铺灰浆，并用草帘覆盖于砌体表面。

四）冬期施工前需要根据工程进展情况编制详细的冬期施工措施。

四、雨期施工措施

一）雨期期间的施工部署：

1、根据施工总体进度计划编排及当前施工实际情况，进行雨期施工的主要分项工程有主体、室内外装修工程。

2、本工程进行雨期施工时，以主体砼结构为主线，室内装修施工可以后置，但在气候及施工条件允许的情况下应尽量提前进行。当室内外装修施工同时进行时，以室外施工为重点。

3、施工布置要遵循大雨停，小雨干，晴天抢的原则，晴天多搞室外，雨天多搞室内，尽量减少和缩短雨天露天作业。

二）雨期施工准备工作

1、现场运输道路需要根据施工平面布置图进行规划和整修，保证表面不积水、不泥泞陷车、不滑。现场次道路路面需要夯实并满铺一层石硝及石粉面，同时向两侧按2%进行自然找泛水。车辆驶出现场前需要用水冲洗干净污泥后方可放行，此项工作由门卫负责执行。

2、现场排水需要做好排水设施的清理和维护，保证排水通畅。同时，需要根据雨期的实际情况进行排水的调整和优化，以保证施工的顺利进行。

1、模板施工

屋面防水在晴天尽量抢先施工，并安装好雨水斗及落水管。屋面基层干燥后，方可做保温层、找平层、防水层，尤其是防水层，若含水率达不到要求时不得施工。防水材料和保温材料在运输和贮存过程中要防止受潮和雨淋，有必要时，在晴天时应晾晒。

3、室内外装修工程

室外装修工程安排在晴天施工，注意天气预报，及时调整施工安排。当室外施工因下雨不能进行时，安排室内施工，室

内外施工在一般情况下要求同时进行。室内装修前应尽量将屋面防水施工完，否则要解决好屋面渗水问题，并将各种洞口、孔洞及时封闭严实。室外散水、台阶在雨期施工时可先做基础，待条件允许再做面层，室内装修施工的项目均要注意对其覆盖保护，以防雨水冲刷。

4、雨期施工安全措施

加强雨期施工安全宣传和教育工作，加大安全施工检查力度，发现隐患，必须及时采取措施、安排人员、定时间解决，事后进行检查。组建雨期施工安全小组，设专人管理雨期施工的防范及应急工作。机械、电气设备要做好雨天防雨覆盖，电闸箱内必须配置齐全，触电保护完好有效，每天下班后，由专人负责对机电设备的巡检工作。外脚手架与主体结构连接要牢固，安全防护用具齐全到位，风力超过6级及大雷雨天时，要停止一切室外施工。机械设备在雨天后要检查，经试运转确认安全可靠后方可进行工作。雨天后要及时对支模及其架体、内外脚手架进行安全检查，及时紧固牢松动部位，上人爬梯及马道要注意防滑。在雨天浇筑砼及操作机电设备时，操作人员必须穿胶鞋，手戴绝缘手套，严防触电事故发生。
