Dear parents, I am the English teacher of our class. Its been
three months since the beginning of school, but we have already
had some communication through WeChat and blog. We are working
together to accompany our children to grow up, to pass the young

Here are some of my tips to share:
I. letter

2. Establish students confidence in learning English well. ?

to recite English Numbers for two days and weve been teaching at
home, but we cant remember, and maybe were worried. Our kids are

三、 三个指导思想:
1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
我曾经接到一位妈妈的微信,她说我家孩子的英语在班里是比较靠后的吧,我们觉得她对英语的学习兴趣不高有点焦急了?想咨询一下您如何提高她的兴趣。
对于这个问题,我经过深入的思索,现答复如下:
1、我从来不给学生们进行排名,所以无所谓谁在班里比较靠前或者比较靠后,对于一年级的学生来说,假如某某的英语说得比较好,或许只是表示这些内容他已经在课外班学会了,在课堂上仅仅是展示而已;假如某某的英语说得还不够好,也并不说明他就差,因为他是刚刚接触,真正学会肯定还是需要一个过程的。所以我从不给一年级的'学生下推断,谁的英语学得好,谁的英语学得不好。他们还处于进展改变中,过早的贴上一个标签是不合适的。
2、关于英语学习兴趣的培育,确实是我们一年级英语教学中的一个重点,但是有一点我们也必需认识到:每个人的兴趣点是不一样的,每个人都有自己感兴趣的内容,也有自己不感兴趣的内容,成人如此,孩子也是如此,所以假如你觉得孩子的英语学习兴趣不高,不要过分焦急,因为你的心情,孩子会感知到,会让孩子产生一些不必要的负担。
关于培育孩子的英语学习兴趣,其实我在课堂上始终在做,例如学习和表演英语小故事,用画画的方式学习英语,在课堂上支配一些小游戏、看英语的动画片、发小奖贴等等,都是努力让英语学习变得更加有意思。但是尽管如此,班上还是会有学生告知我:“老师,我就是不喜爱英语!”,那么,我只能退而求其次,至少不厌烦学英语吧!
您在家里,也可以想方法让英语变得好玩些,例如带孩子看一些英语原版的动画片,看一些有意思的英语绘本,或者见见外国人,甚第

至出国旅游,这些事情都可能会让孩子对英语产生兴趣。如今微信上还有一个“英语趣配音”的活动也不错,还有一些比较好的公众号,例如“小马读书”“小花生网”“典范英语”“小板牙”“喆妈公益阅读”等公众号,会推举一些好的英语故事,或许会对孩子的兴趣培育有一些关心,您可以努力地去做一些尝试。
2、树立学生学好英语的自信念。 ?
起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小,在起始阶段时会有一个静默期,进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以,对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分焦急,不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。我在一个班级调查了孩子们头疼的事情,其中就有:“家长逼着我背单词,背长句子等!”这些超越孩子能力范围的事情,会让学生产生严重的挫败感,不利于后面的学习。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手,在听录音的同时鼓舞孩子仿照。
在人格进展理论中讲到这样一个观点:6-12岁的儿童的进展阶段是勤奋对自卑。处于这一阶段的儿童主要进展任务是体验胜利带给他们的勤奋感,即对自己以及对自己的能力具有良好的感觉。失败则会带来消极的自我感觉,让儿童自卑。
所以盼望家长们能对孩子少一些批判,多一些鼓舞。前一段时间,学习四单元数字的时候,我就留了一个作业:让学生们倒着背诵10个数字。
绝大部分的学生都能倒背,但是还有几个孩子,背诵起来有些难度,这些孩子的家长都很焦急,纷纷给我微信说:“我们始终催促孩子背,可还是不娴熟!”“这两天始终在学习倒着背诵英语数字,在家我们也始终在教,但总是记不住,可能我们也有些焦急。”“我们的孩子就属于每个数字都要正着默数,才能背出来的,但孩子已经尽力了!”
看了这些信息,我突然有些过意不去,因为孩子能正着数数字就可以了,我让他们倒着数,只是想训练孩子们的思维,没想到家长们第

特殊负责,还可能因为孩子背不下来跟孩子急等。
于是我抓紧给这些家长回复:每天让孩子练练就可以了,不要强求,你急了,孩子可能就烦了。
其实,我还想说的是:每个孩子的学习都有自己的速度,在起步阶段,家长肯定要有足够的耐烦,甚至有的孩子还会有很长一段时间的静默期,就犹如等着一朵花开一样,我们也要等着孩子渐渐成长! 从小给孩子树立学好英语的信念,而不是打击他。
3、养成良好的英语学习习惯
在课堂上,要求学生仔细听录音、仿照、大声朗读,在同学发言时可以不出声跟读以及同伴合作学习等。在家里,每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。鼓舞孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来,并鼓舞孩子在平常主动、大胆、大声开口说英语。
四、 五个要求:
1、单词:能够依据图片或实物说单词,不要求认读单词。
2、句子:能够听懂书中重点句子,不要求认读,能与他人进行简洁的对话。
3、歌曲歌谣:能够娴熟把握几首自己喜爱的歌曲歌谣,其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。
4、故事:能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。
5、人物,在名目前面,要求能娴熟叫出他们的名字。
上述要求是最低要求,您可以依据自己孩子的状况适当提高,但原则是孩子可以接受,比方您要求孩子背单词,孩子并不反感,您就可以这样做。
五、 补充说明:听读课
听读课如今分两部分内容,一部分是自然拼读,我们一年级本学期的教学目标是在歌谣中感知26个字母的发音,为将来的拼词,自主阅读绘本,默写单词打下优良的基础。
典范英语,我们当做练习自然拼读的绘本使用,也是让学生感知,第

对英语学习产生进一步的兴趣即可,学生们还不能做到完好地朗读。
六、评价方式:
形成性评价:
1、单词朗读
2、歌谣说唱
3、口语交际
4、故事表演
5、综合练习
每学完一个单元,我都会检查读单词、说句子的状况。对于有错的孩子,采纳单独辅导的方式,确保无一人掉队,全都合格。
后期会带孩子们做两张小卷子,主要是学习如何审题,如何按要求做题
终结性评价:
实行“乐学嘉年华”的形式进行,没有纸笔测试,以听说为主。
