格式

先将演讲稿的标题居中写下，另起一行顶格写下称谓(例如：亲爱的同学们)，称谓后面还要添上冒号，正文行文时先写开场白部分，再说明演讲的背景与目的，最后总结并升华主题，在正文结尾部分还可以添加上一些对演讲听众的祝福语。

作为在公众场合发表讲话的文稿，演讲稿同一般的文书较为不同，演讲稿不仅具有观点突出、逻辑清楚、语言大众易懂等特点，各种修辞手法的灵活运用，以及语言和材料的精心组织，让演讲稿本身就具备了一般文书所不具备的鼓动性和较强的宣传能力。

我们在写一份演讲稿时，首先需要确定演讲稿的结构，在认真仔细的组织好演讲稿中所需要的信息材料之外，还要让文稿中的事实依据言简意赅，并且要尽量控制好稿子的.时长。此外在演讲稿的写作当中，最重要的是要主动地、有意识地构筑演讲的高潮部分，确保在高潮部分中能够鼓动起听众的内心。

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind; it is not rosy

cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions :

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage

over timidity of the appetite, for adventure over the love of ea.

This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody

grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by derting

our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the

soul. Worry, fear, lf –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit

back to dust.

Whether 60 of 16, there is in every human being ‘s heart

the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s

next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart

and my heart there’s a wireless station: so long as it receives

messages of beauty, hope ,cheer, courage and power from men

and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with

snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown

old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves

of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

一旦青春的天线倒下，你的灵魂即为玩世不恭之雪、悲观厌世之冰覆盖；即使你年方20.其实你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天线高高耸起，就可以随时接收到乐观的电波-----即使你年过八旬，行将就木，而你却仍然拥有青春，你仍然年轻。

important time in the pace of young,facing new
