怎么看待成功是99%的汗水加1%的努力英语作文

"Success is ninety-nine percent of the effort and a talent"

纵观世上有几个人不是在努力拼搏，而成功者却很少。随着时光流逝，我对这句话有了新的理解。决定人成功与失败的是先天的那一分天赋，而不是后天百分之九十九的努力。打个比方，同样是木本植物的一粒种子，有的是参天大树的种子，有的是中等植物的种子，有的是矮小植物的种子。矮小植物即便长在肥沃的土地上，也长不太高，而参天大树即便长在贫瘠的山岭上，依然要比它们高很多。而后天的努力好比是给植物施肥、浇水、除草，对矮小植物无论怎么样呵护，都不可能长成参天大树：而对参天大树来说，只靠自然生长就可长成大树，如果再加以施肥、浇水、除草的呵护，它就能长成高耸入云名闻一方的名树。

再从我们周围熟悉的人来分析，有的人文化不高，也没有优越的人脉资源，事业却做得风声水起；有的是大学毕业，经过一番拼搏，最后落得一身债收尾。事业失败者所付出的努力要比成功者多得多。其实，创业失败者更应该受到人们的尊敬！

再拿现在的拆迁户来说，可以说是一夜之间成了人上人，他们的努力又从何谈起？这是很多人奋斗一生都不一定能够达到的人生高度。对这些人怎么用努力来诠释呢？对这些人只能用传统的“命运好”来解释。其它的任何解释都显得苍白无力。

所以我说，“一分天赋”才是最重要的，它就好比是植物的种子，能长成什么样的植物取决于它，而不是“九十九分的努力”。

虽然如此，但是，不管是大树的种子还是小草的种子，都要努力奋斗。是什么样的种子我们已无法改变，能改变的是后天对命运的施肥、浇水、除草，尽力让自己的命运之果长得更大更饱满。回首一生无愧于自己的父母家人，无愧于亲朋好友，虽然没有达到自己的人生目标，也不会留有任何遗憾。用先贤王安石的一句话说：“尽吾力而不能至者可以无悔矣”！
