英语人称代词和物主代词

一、人称代词

表示“我”、“你”、“他”、“她”、“它”、“我们”、“你们”、“他们”的词，叫做人称代词。人称代词有人称、数和格的变化，见下表：

1.人称代词主格：作主语，表示谁怎么样了、干什么了。

I am a teacher. You are student. He is a student, too.

We/You/They are students.

2.人称代词宾格作宾语，表示动作行为的对象。

Give it to me. Let’s go (let’s =let us)

3.单数人称代词并列作主语时，其顺序为：第二人称、第三人称、第一人称；复数人称代词并列作主语时，其顺序为：第一人称、第二人称、第三人称

二、物主代词表示所有关系的代词叫做物主代词，也可叫做代词所有格。物主代词分形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词二种，其人称和数的变化见下表。

名词性物主代词

1. 形容词性物主代词(my/your/his/her/its/our/their)+名词（相当于形容词）

形容词性物主代词不能单独使用

Is this your book? No,，it isn’t， it’s hers(her book)

2.而名词性物主代词则相当于形容词性物主代词+名词,故其后不必加名词。如：

This pen is mine.

反身代词

1. 含义

反身代词用于指代某人或某物自己。

第一人称和第二人称的反身代词由形容词性物主代词+ lf / lves”构成；

第三人称反身代词由人称代词的宾格+ lf / lves”构成。

2. 用法：

1、反身代词的句法功能：反身代词在句中主要用作宾语（用在动词和介词后）和同位语（通常放在主语后面或者句末）：

He taught himlf English. 他自学英语。

She is too young to look after herlf. 她年纪太小，不能照顾自己。

He himlf was a doctor. 他本人就是一位医生。

【注】

用作同位语主要是为了加强被修饰词的语气，

通常紧放在被修饰名词后，若不引起误解，也可放在句末：

You yourlf said so. / You said so yourlf. 你自己是这样说的。

2、另外，反身代词有时还用作表语（通常放在系动词后）：

The poor boy was mylf. 那个可怜的孩子就是我自己。

I’m not quite mylf the days. 我近来身体不大舒服。
