survey conducted on the topic of "The Impact of Social Media on Teenagers."

and comparison culture.
2. Digital detox: Encourage teenagers to take regular breaks from social media
to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
3. Balanced usage: Promote a healthy balance between social media usage and
other activities, such as physical exerci, hobbies, and face-to-face interactions.
4. Online safety: Teach teenagers about online safety measures, including the
importance of privacy ttings and reporting any instances of cyberbullying.

In conclusion, this survey highlights the widespread usage of social media
among teenagers and its impact on various aspects of their lives. While social
media provides opportunities for lf-expression and connection, it also pos
risks to mental health and academic performance. It is crucial for schools,
parents, and society as a whole to address the issues and promote responsible
social media usage among teenagers. By implementing the recommended
measures, we can strive for a healthier and more balanced digital landscape for
