为了让学生更好得展示英语的使用性，邀请信也往往是高考应用文中经常出

现的主题。而主题一样的邀请信，具体内容有些变化，它们的侧重点不同。针对

这个主要，只要分析其中的细节，处理好句子的连接就可以了。接下来，我们根

据往年的高考题进行分析怎么来处理其中的细节。

假如你是光明学校学生会主席李华,你校即将举办英语戏剧比赛，请你给外

教Bruce写一封邀请信，内容包括：

1.比赛时间、地点；

2.比赛的目的；

3.邀请其担任评委。

2.可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

讲解：

首先我们确定这是一封邀请信，其次我们要更近具体题意将本文进行拆解，

最后确定重要点。

我们可以用三段式来写，但具体分布可以不用按题中的顺序进行。第一段，

表达写信的目的；第二段，比赛试卷、地点、目的，适当可增加细节；第三段，

表达期望，表达感谢。

第一段：简单提及题中细节，对自己的身份进行介绍，表达写信目的。如，

I am Li Hua, chairman of Students’ Union. As scheduled, we are going to hold an

English Drama competition, I am writing to invite you to be a judge.

第二段：描述英语戏剧比赛举行的时间、地点，以及目的。时间、地点可以

用一个句子表达，关键在于其目的，我们可以用其他句式来替换我们所熟悉的不

定式，so that，in order to等。如，非谓语形式：The competition will be held in the

lecture hall, aiming to……或者非限制定语从句形式：The competition will be held

in the lecture hall, the purpo/aim of which is to……

第三段：表达希望，希望能出席比赛；同时也要表达感激。如，Looking forward

to your arrival.或者用高级词汇“anticipate”来替代“期望”含义。

English drama competition which will be held in our school on Saturday.

写此类信件要点总结：

1.仔细审题，需要把题目中要点简单陈述；

2.三段式书写，第二段往往是关键部分；

3.句子结构不要重复，要有多样性；

4.注意字数，不要过多；
