一、单元内容整体分析

（一）单元主题语境

教材：2019人教版《英语》选择性必修四Unit5 Launching Your Career

单元主题：围绕“职业和职业规划”这一主题展开，属于 “人与自我—做人与

做事”这一主题群。

主题意义：通过不同题材和体裁的语篇引导学生了解职业规划中职业定位、目标

选择、求职申请等相关内容，旨在帮助高中学生在填报高考志愿之前，对未来大

学专业及职业目标能有更全面、更深入的思考和认识。本单元注重培养学生的自

我认知能力，让他们了解职业规划的重要性，激发他们自我发展的动力，同时还

强调学生应从社会发展的角度，考虑个人的职业规划和人生目标。

大观念：本单元由名言介绍、对话、访谈、说明文、视频、招聘启事、求职信和

语言上，学生缺少相关的话题词汇，教师应该进行补充说明。

三、单元整体作业设计反思及改善方案

在2017年版《普通高中英语课程标准》中，英语学习活动的设计应围绕主

题语境，基于口头和书面等多模态形式的语篇，通过学习理解、应用实践、迁移

创新等层层递进的语言、思维、文化相融合的活动，引导学生加深对主题意义的

理解，进而尝试在新的语境中云应用所学语言和文化知识，分析问题、解决问题，

创造性的个人观点、情感、态度。

因此，教师如何设计作业是落实核心素养的一个重要落脚点。对于此作业设

计主要有以下几点反思及改善方案。

1. 作业应走进生活，与情境相结合

此作业设计在口头与书面语篇方面应更好的与情境相结合，贴合学生的

生活，考虑学生的实际情况，学生才能有话可说，同时，教师不要过分注意

学生的语法错误，而要鼓励学生多说，学生才能有说的自信。

2. 作业应培养能力，“取长补短”

在作文设计板块，教师应该考虑学生的不足之处，比如本作业设计的作

文设计，虽然可以很好的检测学生对于作文结构的掌握情况，但是学生可能

缺乏对于相关话题词汇，所以教师应该注意作业的布置应该选取长处即作业

材料的好的地方，再结合学生的短处，才能有效的提升学生的能力。

3. 作业应平均分配，有效监督完成情况

对于需要小组完成的作业，教师应该进行完整的说明，除了要求之外，

每个成员负责的板块也要进行详尽的说明，让每个学生明确自己应该完成的

任务，并且教师要负责后续的跟进，解答疑问，这样才能有效的锻炼学生的

能力，检测学习情况。
