一、Teaching goals:
1.强化对1--12序数词的认读、理解及运用;
2.能准确理解图文意思,了解十二生肖动物名称及排位情况;
3.了解自己与家人朋友生肖属相的基础上,树立热爱动物,保护
动物的意识。

2.能熟练地用英语表达自己与家人生肖属相。

1. Greetings
T: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you?

(一) The twelve animals :
T: In China, years have names. Each year has an animal name.
Look!
Show the twelve animal pictures, teaches and explains.
The rat is the first.
This is an ox.
Here’s a tiger.
What’s this? A rabbit.
This is a dragon.
Here’s a snake.
This is a hor.
You know this animal! It’s a sheep.
You know this one, too! It’s a monkey.
What’s this? A rooster.
Do you know this one? It’s a dog.
The twelfth animal is a pig.
T:How many animals are there? Let’s e…, one, two,
three…twelve! ( show the animal pictures and count ) There are
twelve animals. 2. Drill about the 12 animal words:
·Point, ask and answer.( ppt显示图片,指问回答)
·Drive the train.(开火车读12个生肖单词)
·Say the animals and stand up(The __ , stand up…)
(二)复习强化1—12的序数词
1.T: As we know that the rat is the first.
The ox is the cond. The tiger is the third. The rabbit is the
fourth. The dragon is the fifth. The snake is the sixth. The hor
is the venth. The sheep is the eighth. The monkey is the ninth.
The rooster is the tenth. The dog is the eleventh. The pig is the
twelfth.

2.汇报1—12数字的序数词。
3. Match and report.(完成课本P61页上练习,汇报订正)
4. Order and line.(请同学戴头饰上台快速按生肖顺序排列)
5. 填写正确的不定冠词(a/an)

的基础上学习有关于生肖及其排名以及有关于生肖年、今年什么年,
你的生肖以及在此基础上拓展学习了有关于你家人生肖的问答句型的
学习。本课围绕最基本、最常用的生肖单词及十二个序数词和基本句
型:What year is it ? It is the year of the__.以及有关于你自己及家人
生肖的问答句:What is your year? My year is the year of the___.逐
步展开教学活动和实践活动。同时强调以任务为中心的语言学习,采
用完成课题式的教学方法,把探究性学习引入到英语学习中,最后使
学生“乐说,会说,能交际”,感觉到
学英语“It’s fun. It’s easy”!
本课知识脉络相对清晰,基于以上分析,我的设计力求以学生为
主体,以任务为中心,以活动为方式,放手让学生自主发现问题,分
析问题,解决问题。
