(1.湘潭大学;2.湘潭大学物理与光电学院)摘要:设计了一种应用于低压,高效率快速启动四相时钟电荷泵。该电荷泵利用少量辅助晶体管,在启动阶段将电荷注入升压电容中,降低了电荷泵启动时间。设计了一种新型四相时钟电路,降低了时钟驱动功耗,提高了效率。在1V 的电源电压,0.13um 工艺下,仿真结果显示,在四级结构下,四相时钟电荷泵的效率高达81%,相比传统四相时钟电荷泵结构,启动时间减少了10%。
