Po: I e you like to chew. Maybe you should chew on my

Narrator: The warrior said nothing for his mouth was full,

then he swallowed and then he spoke.

Po: Enough talk! Let’s fight! Shashabooey!

Narrator: He was so deadly in fact that his enemies would

go blind from over exposure to pure awesomeness

Wolf1: My eyes!

Wolf2: He is too awesome.

Rabbit1: And Attractive.

Rabbit2: How can we repay you?

Po: There is no charge for awesomeness or attractiveness.

Narrator: It mattered not how many foes he faced. They w

1. entrust：信赖,信托,交托。在这里是“传”的意思。阿宝的爸爸

2. fulfill：履行, 实现, 完成。在台词中，“fulfill your destiny”

可以理解为“履行你的使命”。

3. take over：把...从一地带到另一地，接收，接手，接管。台

词中是“接手”的意思。

来看几个例句：

我是不是要接管他的工作？Am I to take over his work?

你歇会儿, 我来替你。Have a rest. I'll take over.

我们打算要他们接管。We intend them to take over.

4. folk：人们、家属、亲属、民族、种族、部落、群众。这句台

词可以理解为“我们是面条世家。”

例句：

富人朋友多。Rich folk have many friends.

懒人躲懒最费力。Lazy folk take the most pains.

5. Broths run though our veins. 我们的血管里流淌着面汤。b

roth是肉汤。vein（血管, 静脉, 叶脉, 翅脉, 矿脉, 纹理, 性情）

在这里指血管

6. mahjong：麻将牌。又可以写成mahjongg, mahjong, mah-j

ong or mah-jongg。它的英文发音和中文“麻将”很像，因为麻

将这个词是由中国引入到英语国家的。类似的词语还有很多，比

如Cheongsam（长衫，旗袍），Chop suey（杂碎），Coolie（苦

5. suck: 字面意思是“吸、吮”，但在这里的意思是“使人极度不

常用，什么东西很烂，就可以说XXX suck.
