1、 正确选择影视材料。在初级阶段，可选择那些与日常生活比较贴近、故事

情节较强的影视材料，如肥皂剧。不要选那些专业术语较多或是逻辑推理较强

的影视材料，如科幻、法律、医学、刑侦等。不宜选情景剧，因为情景剧一般

固定在一、两个场景中，故事情节不足，有碍学习者对剧情的理解，另一方面

情景剧对话多、信息量大且密集度高。加之丰富的俚语、流行语和文化背景知

识，更增加了理解的困难。

此外，也不要选择卡通片，因为卡通片的角色的语音和语调其极夸张，不易理

解。建议采用电视剧作入门材料，每一集比较短，一般在45分钟左右，情节交

代比较详细，剧情发展比较慢而又相对独立，便于理解。

2、 采用正确的学习方法。在观看学习时，绝对不能看字幕(可将字幕隐去)，

要强迫自己全身心去听、去理解，坚持由浅入深、循序渐进的原则。建议每天

花一天两个小时，第次看一集，每一集至少看四遍。

第一遍以了解剧情为主，不必在意能听懂多少;第二遍全神贯注地观看，尽可

能地去理解;第三遍要有针对性地观看，对于不易听懂的对话要反复多次听，对

实在听不懂的，建议使用复读机听写软件观看，既方便，效果又好，如能做到

听写台词则效果更佳;第四遍，将这一集配上英文字幕，再看一遍。

四遍看完之后，再仔细研读剧本。弄清楚难点和生词，并将一些比较好的表达

方式、惯用法等记录下来作为积累，并不断练习提高英语口语能力。此外，如

有必要也可看过两、三遍之后，再用MP3随时听。在有关的共享网站上，可下

载各种影视剧的视频、MP3、英文剧本和中英文字幕。

such as与for example的用法区别

一、两者的用法共同点

such as与for example均可用于表示举例，有时可互换。如：

Some sports, such as (=for example) motor racing, can be dangerous.

有些体育运动，比如赛车，有时是很危险的。

My wife likes social activities, such as (=for example) tennis and

golf. 我妻子喜爱社交活动，如打网球和高尔夫球等。

二、两者的用法不同点

such as除表示举例外，还可表示诸如此类，意思是“像……这样的”“诸

如……之类的”，此时不宜与for example互换(但可与表示诸如此类意思的

like互换)。如：

Opportunities such as (=like) this did not come every day. 这样的机

会不是天天都有的。

Avoid unhealthy foods such as (=like) hamburger and chips. 不要吃汉

另外，such as有时可分开用，但for example不能分开用。如：
