当今社会，随着教育的发展，大学生的数量不断增加。他们会成为社会的

中坚力量，因此他们的就业会影响他们自己、家庭和社会的将来。那廉洁故事 么，大学

生的就业现状到底是怎样的呢？事实上，大学生的“就业难题“已经成为一个热

门话题。由于经济危机的影响，2009年，大学生就业率为86%，2010年，它上

升为89.6%,2011年为90.8%,2012年为91.5%，但2013年，它又降到了86%。

近几年，大学生就业率的波动较大，但总体的趋势还是缓慢上升的。据中国社

科院的统计，2013年底将有10万学生无法就业，592万学生面临就业难题。因

此，大学生的就业状况还是很严峻的。

那么，什么造成了大学生的就业难题呢？我想主要有三方面的原因：首

先，在学生方面，许

备。而且一些大学生择业观不正确，期望值过高。最重要的是，他们缺乏社会

经验。

其次，在学校方面，一些大学的课程设置不合理，无法适应社会对人才的

需求；同时，毕业生的就业指导以及服务工作也需要完善。

再者，在社会方面，社会就业信息体制不完善，一些企业或事业单位的考

试存在不公平现象，就业歧视，比如性别歧视、户口歧视依然存在。

面对就业难题，身为大学生的我们应有自己的未来职业规划。对我来说，

我文静、耐心并且刻苦。我喜欢读书与写作，而且我主修汉语言文学，因此我

有丰富的专业知识。我是校报的一名记者，因此我有着采访以及编辑经验。我

希望未来能做一名编辑。为了这个梦想，在大学的前两年我会努力学习，多去

采访与写作，积极投稿。大学后两年，我会去参加出版社的实习，积累工作经

验，多向前辈请教。

我相信，经过我的努力，我可以在激烈的就业竞争中获得胜利。
