绝大多数的英语学习者，一想到写英语作文，就会头“大”。他们常常苦

思冥想，然后草草而就，只求按时“交差”，别的就顾不上了。这种状态下炮

制出来的“大作”，其质量可想而知。

对初学者而言，一篇英语作文的过程，至少应该包括两个阶段，“写”与

“作”。

所谓“写”的过程应该与中文写作没有很大区别，无非是扣题，构思，表

述。惟一要特别注意的是，我们写英语作文时，一般要求的字数比较少，所以

我们在文章的结构上更须注意突出重点，集中火力。在非重点部分，不要随便

发挥，而应该尽量直奔主题。以本次征文比赛为例，题目是TheEnglish

TeacherIAdmireMost，那么文章的重点应该是讲述whyIadmire

要topicntence，每个段落最好也要有这样非常powerful的topic

ntence.构思完成以后，就是落笔表述的过程。这个过程应该迅速，最好能够

豫豫，一步三回头，因为在完成了“写”以后，你还有一个“作”的过程。所
