　　凡是java官方，安卓API官网都属于官方开发者网站，你可以利用里边开源信息进行学习和开发，例如：http://android.toolib.net/

由于Google被屏蔽国内已经无法正常的访问android的官网了
如果需要访问android developer或是更新和下载SDK
需要作几个设置:
使用国内镜像 镜像地址在附件中端口80
使用工具进行连接
设置Eclip的更新地址 将地址设置为 本机 端口8580
重新打开SDK Manager 将需要更新或者下载的选项勾上并按 Install Packages即可。
