2.3获取端口速度
端口速度有两个MIB节点,推荐用ifHighSpeed(OID:1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.15),不推荐
用ifSpeed(OID:1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.5),因为ifSpeed不支持10GE及其以上带宽的端口。
