And you should eat more vegetables and fruits, go to bed early and get up early. You should do exerci every day. Such as playing basketball. As we know, junk food is bad for us, like KFC and Mcdnald. So, we should try not to eat junk food.

Everyone has different lifestyle, I think it’s very important for us to have a healthy lifestyle. let me tell you about the healthy lifestyle.
First, we should have good eating habits. I think we should try to eat a lot of vegetables, and we are suppod to continue eating fruit and drink wilk every day. Of cour, we are not suppod to eat junk food.
Second, I think we should exerci every day . Try out best to do more sports.
Last, we should have a good sleep. So we are suppod to go to bed before 10:00 pm every day.
We should have a healthy lifestyle, it can help us get good grades. Good food and exerci can also help us to study better.
I am pretty healthy. I exerci every day. My eating habits are pretty good.
I like eating vegetables and fruits. I drink milk every day. I never drink coffee. I don’t like junk food. Becau they are very unhealthy. I like eating chocolate too, and I eat them two or three times a week. I sleep nine hours every night.
My healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades . Good food and exerci help me to study better. It is easy to have a healthy lifestyle, and It is important to eat a balanced diet.

In order to lead a happy and healthy life,we should eat breakfast every morning,take in more vitamins and minerals and eat less fat and cholesterol.Secondly,we must get enough sleep becau sleep is vital to good health.If we don’t have enough sleep,our memory,learning and logical reasoning will be negatively affected.Thirdly,it is most important for us to do exercis regularly.It can help control weight and maintain healthy bones,muscles and joints.Moreover,it also helps reduce risk of high blood pressure and diabetes.
Bodily hygiene is also important.We should practice good dental hygiene by brushing our teeth every morning and at night.We should visit the dentist once a year to clean our teeth.
Last of all,we should take up a hobby becau hobbies are enjoyable and relaxing activities.They help people live happier,healthier and recover better from illness.
In conclusion,if we are able to follow the above steps,we can lead a healthy life and ensure that we are free from illness.
