佳能喷墨打印机故障处理指南喷墨打印机八种故障现象的原因及对策

喷墨打印机由于使用、保养、操作不当等原因经常会出现一些故障，在此介绍

一些常见故障的处理方法。1、打印时墨迹稀少，字迹无法辨认的处理

该故障多数是由于打印机长期未用或其他原因，造成墨水输送系统障碍或喷头

堵塞。

排除的方法是执行清洗操作。

2、更换新墨盒后，打印机在开机时面板上的"墨尽"灯亮的处理

正常情况下，当墨水已用完时"墨尽"灯才会亮。更换新墨盒后，打印机面板上

的"墨尽"灯还亮，发生这种故障，一是有可能墨盒未装好，另一种可能是在关机状

态下自行拿下旧墨盒，更换上新的墨盒。因为重新更换墨盒后，打印机将对墨水输

送系统进行充墨，而这一过程在关机状态下将无法进行，使得打印机无法检测到重

新安装上的墨盒。另外，有些打印机对墨水容量的计量是使用打印机内部的电子计

数器来进行计数的(特别是在对彩色墨水使用量的统计上)，当该计数器达到一定值

时，打印机判断墨水用尽。而在墨盒更换过程中，打印机将对其内部的电子计数器

进行复位，从而确认安装了新的墨盒。

解决方法:打开电源，将打印头移动到墨盒更换位置。将墨盒安装好后，让打

印机进行充墨，充墨过程结束后，故障排除。

3、喷头软性堵头的处理

软性堵头堵塞指的是因种种原因造成墨水在喷头上粘度变大所致的断线故障。

一般用原装墨水盒经过多次清洗就可恢复，但这样的方法太浪费墨水。最简单的办

法是利用你手中的空墨盒来进行喷头的清洗。用空墨盒清洗前，先要用针管将墨盒

内残余墨水尽量抽出，越干净越好。

4、喷头硬性堵头的处理

硬性堵头指的是喷头内有化学凝固物或有杂质造成的堵头，此故障的排除比较

困难，必须用人工的方法来处理。首先要将喷头卸下来，将喷头浸泡用反抽洗加压

进行清洗。洗通之后用纯净水过净清洗液，晾干之后就可以装机了。只要硬物没有

对喷头电极造成损坏，清洗后的喷头还是不错的。

5、打印机清洗泵嘴的故障处理

打印机清洗泵嘴出毛病是较多的，也是造成堵头的主要因素之一。打印机清洗

泵嘴对打印机喷头的保护起决定性作用。喷头小车回位后，要由清洗泵嘴对喷头进

行弱抽气处理，对喷头进行密封保护。在打印机安装新墨盒或喷嘴有断线时，机器

下端的抽吸泵要通过它对喷头进行抽气，此嘴的工作精度越高越好。但在实际使用

中，它的性能及气密性会因时间的延长、灰尘及墨水在此嘴的残留凝固物增加而降

低。如果使用者不对其经常进行检查或清洗，它会使你的打印机喷头不断出些故

障。

养护此部件的方法:将打印机的上盖卸下移开小车，用针管吸入纯净水对其进

行冲洗，特别要对嘴内镶嵌的微孔垫片充分清洗。在此要特别提醒用户，清洗此部

件时，千万不能用乙醇或甲醇对其进行清洗，这样会造成此组件中镶嵌的微孔

垫片溶解变形。另外要提的是，喷墨打印机要尽量远离高温及灰尘的工作环

境，只有良好的工作环境才能保证机器长久正常的使用。

6、检测墨线正常而打印精度明显变差的处理

喷墨打印机在使用中会因使用的次数及时间的延长而打印精度逐渐变差。喷墨

打印机喷头也是有寿命的。一般一只新喷头从开始使用到寿命完结，如果不出什么

故障较顺利的话，也就是20-40个墨盒的用量寿命。如果你的打印机已使用很久，

现在的打印精度变差，你可以用更换墨盒的方法来试试，如果换了几个墨盒，其输

出打印的结果都一样，那么你这台打印机的喷头将要更换了。如果更换墨盒以后有

变化，说明可能你使用的墨盒中有质量较差的非原装墨水。如果打印机是新的，

打印的结果不能令你满意，经常出现打印线段不清晰、文字图形歪斜、文字图形外

边界模糊、打印出墨控制同步精度差，这说明你可能买到的是假墨盒或者使用的墨

盒是非原装产品，应当对其立即更换。7、行走小车错位碰头的处理

喷墨打印机行走小车的轨道是由两只粉末合金铜套与一根圆钢轴的精密结合来

滑动完成的。虽然行走小车上设计安装有一片含油毡垫以补充轴上润滑油，但因我

们生活的环境中到处都有灰尘，时间一久，会因空气的氧化，灰尘的破坏使轴表面

的润滑油老化而失效，这时如果继续使用打印机，就会因轴与铜套的摩擦力增大而

造成小车行走错位，直至碰撞车头造成无法使用。

解决的办法是:一旦出现此故障应立即关闭打印机电源，用手将未回位的小车

推回停车位。找一小块海绵或毡，放在缝纫机油里浸饱油，用镊子夹住在主轴上来

回擦。最好是将主轴拆下来，洗净后上油，这样的效果最好。另一种小车碰头是

因为器件损坏所致。打印机小车停车位的上方有一只光电传感器，它是向打印机主

板提供打印小车复位信号的重要元件。此元件如果因灰尘太大或损坏，打印机的小

车会因找不到回位信号碰到车头，而导致无法使用，一般出此故障时需要更换器

件。

8、断线故障的处理

打印断线是常见故障，一般有以下几个原因引起:

(1)新墨盒上机后，基本上只需一次或两次清洗打印墨线就能正常，一般在使

用中不会断线。断线常出的原因一是使用者在打印前没有将进纸托架设定好，进纸

过程中造成轧纸，纸与喷头摩擦后造成断线。

解决方法:将进纸托架设定好。

另一类是原装墨水快用完时，没有及时更换新墨盒，而是将打印机放在温度较

高的环境下时间较长所致。一般一墨盒装机之后要在三个月内用完立即更换，如果

换上墨盒不经常使用，会因墨盒内进入空气的作用导致气密性能变差，容易使墨水

在喷头上、墨盒内的粘度变大，从而造成喷墨打印机断线的故障。

解决方法:更换墨盒，清洗喷头。

(2)更换其他品牌墨盒常见的问题

更换其它品牌墨盒产生的断线是因为墨盒理化性能未达到所要求的参数。我们

在更换其它品牌墨盒时，有时可以发现，某些颜色出墨顺利而有些颜色要经过多次

清洗后才能出来，浪费了大量的墨水。这是因为这类生产厂家生产的墨盒远远达不

到技术要求，使用时最易发生墨水输墨不平衡的问题。

原装墨盒在墨水的化学特性和盒体气压压力调节上做了文章，而其它某些品牌

的墨盒因不了解其原理，所做出的墨盒差距较大，难以达到出墨流量的平衡。更为

严重的是，某些墨盒因海绵的溶出物较多，海绵遇墨膨胀系数过大，出墨口使用的

不锈钢超细滤网达不到要求，这种墨盒给打印机造成故障也在情理之中。

解决方法:用原装墨盒。

3)往墨盒里加墨出现的问题

使用注墨后的墨盒常见故障是:断线、堵头、色度不准。

如果你注入的墨水，理化性能和原墨盒残留墨水基本相近，那它是完全可以用

的。因为我们手工加墨是在空气中常压下完成的，各色注墨量不可能掌握得很一

致，加入的墨水分子中会有较多气泡含量，这时你将墨盒装机之后不要急着立即使

用，而是要将喷头清洗一至两次之后将打印机关掉。要停机2-6个小时左右再使

用，这时墨盒内的墨水会因化学自动排气的作用，已将气泡及空气排到墨盒顶端，

这对你再使用时能减少故障。

堵头是注墨以后最容易发生的问题，因为喷墨打印机的超精细滤网是设计在墨

盒出墨口处，而喷头输墨口与墨盒的接口处是没有滤网的。有些人在墨盒的出墨口

处向墨盒内反向注墨，容易造成灰尘及杂质进入输墨口，这样使打印机堵头。另

一种发生的化学性堵头，是因为加注墨水的化学性质与原装墨盒中残留墨水不一

样，其不同墨水的化学反应过程较慢，极难用肉眼观察到，如果这种墨水停留在喷

头上产生了反应，将会对喷头造成破坏性后果。补充墨水常见的另一类问题是颜

色不很准确。彩色材料的生产会因批号不同，出现色差，这也是生产彩色材料最难

的一关。喷墨打印机的补充墨水，一般出现色度偏差时，用户在喷墨打印机的属性

设置中进行调整就可以了，只要可调范围在软件可设置的范围内就可用。

喷墨打印机“堵头”的解决方法

使用过喷墨打印机的用户也许会记忆犹新，每当进入夏季时，由于天气炎热干

燥，使用一段时间后常常会出现打印头“堵头”现象，如不及时修复，一来影响正

常的工作学习，二来时间一长则会造成永久性“堵头”，造成打印头无法修复而报

废那就麻烦大了，因为如果去换个喷头就快赶上新机器的价钱啦～

一、喷墨打印机的墨头结构:喷墨打印机的常见墨头结构主要有喷墨头和墨水

盒一体机和分离式两种方式，一体机墨头结构在墨水盒墨水用尽后，墨头和墨水盒

要一起更换，这样的结构相对结合较为紧密，可靠性较高，但相对成本较高;分离

式结构的墨头和墨水盒分离，墨水用尽后可单独更换墨水盒，一定程度上可以节省

成本。目前市面上常用的大多数打印机(如EPSON、CANNON等)均采用双墨头结构:

一个黑色(或Photo)墨头和一个彩色墨头。而在墨水盒中，大多数是黑色墨水独

立，其他三色墨水盒一体，也有一些产品的每一种颜色的墨水盒都是独立，可以单

独更换，进一步

降低了打印成本。

二、喷墨打印机“堵头”的形成:因打印头正常打印归位后密封不严或长时间

放置，水份过度蒸发，导致墨粒干结在精细的打印头尖部，使墨水无法正常喷出;

或者不同墨水之间相互混用，产生化学反应，通常表现为常出现断线、颜色缺失、

字迹模糊甚而无法正常打印等故障。

三、喷墨打印机“堵头”的分类:大致可分为软性堵头、硬性堵头两大类。

(一)、软性堵头的修复:

1、软性堵头堵塞指的是因种种原因造成墨水在喷头上粘度变大所致的断线故

障。有时只附着在出墨口喷嘴表面，一般蘸取原装墨水经多次清洗即可恢复。其优

点是操作简单、快捷，无任何物理损害;缺点是使用成本较高，较浪费墨水。2、

使用打印机驱动程序的应用工具中打印头清洗功能清洗。其优点是操作简便、快捷;

缺点是清洗效果不太理想。注意事项:1、以上两种清洗方法一般不宜超过三次。

打印机“堵头”不严重时，三次以内即应冲开。若三次仍冲不开，说明堵头较严

重，清洗次数再多也不一定管用，且无谓浪漫很多昂贵的墨水，此时就应视具体情

况作进一步处理;2、因墨盒(如海绵体填充型)与打印头之间会产生“气阻”现象，

会出现少量的不规则断线，此时不必反复清洗，放置一段时间后，重新开机即可正

常使用;3、切忌墨水混用。新购墨水不可急于往墨盒中添加。先用一洁净的一次性

注射器吸入一些墨水在光亮的地方仔细观察，看墨水中有没有悬浮物，如有悬浮物

则不可混用。然后从使用的墨盒中吸入一点墨水和新购的墨水进行混合后静置24

小时后再观察，看混合后的墨水有无化学反应，若产生了变化(如结晶等)则说明两

种墨水的兼容性不好，切忌混用～

(二)、硬性堵头的修理:

硬性堵头指的是喷头内有化学凝固物或有杂质造成的堵头，此故障的排除方法

较为困难，此时可采用下面四种方法予以解决。

1、浸泡法

适用范围:受阻情况较轻

必备工具:浓度95,的酒精、一洁净的口杯和一个底面光平的金属容器

工作原理:用中等强度的有机溶剂将墨粒逐一溶解，注意必须使用95,浓度的有

机溶剂酒精，否则会适得其反。解决方法:先找一个底面光平的金属容器，在容器

中加入少许95%浓度的有机溶剂酒精，酒精以刚好覆没打印头不锈钢包边为限(注

意不要让PCB板接触到酒精)。浸泡时间一般以2小时至4天不等。其优点是清洗

效果好、不易对打印头造成物理性损害坏;缺点是所需时间较长，难解用户燃眉之

急。

2、压力清洗法

适用范围:受阻情况较重

必备工具:浓度95,的酒精、一洁净的口杯、一只一次性注射器、一次性输液

器。

工作原理:利用注射器的虹吸作用产生的压力，将酒精这一有机溶剂注入打印

头中，从而达到清洗干涸墨头的作用。解决方法:用一只一次性输液器的塑料管或

针头部分做成注射器与打印头供墨口之间的接口(结合部位一定要紧密)，接口制作

完毕后，将打印头头部置于浓度95,的有机溶剂酒精中，通过打印头将酒精吸入

(注意只可吸入)注射器针管中，吸入数次。其优点是清洗效果好。一般阻塞较重的

打印头可通过此方法进行清洗。值得注意的是，吸入酒精时要用力均匀，前后连

贯，一般不会造成物理损伤。只是制作接口时需因实际情况自行手工制作，因此需

要有专业的维修技术人员配合，有一定的动手能力方可动手修理，制作好的工具可

保证长期使用。

3、蒸馏水清洗法

适用范围:受阻情况严重

必备工具:一个经解码的空墨盒、一只一次性的注射器和一瓶医用蒸馏水(也可

用纯净水替代)。工作原理:与压力清洗法工作原理类似，在此不必一一赘述。

解决方法:先准备好一个经解码的空墨盒、一只一次性注射器和一瓶医用的蒸

馏水，利用注射器的虹吸作用产生的压力，将注射器吸入蒸馏水通过墨盒的通气孔

注入墨盒内，过一会儿再将注入的蒸馏水用注射器吸出，这样反复多次将墨盒内的

剩墨清洗干净即可。

四、注意事项:

1、当遇到突然断电、停电、墨盒不能正常归位时，需及供电电压稳定后再开

机，待墨盒正常归位后方可正常使用。这是因为打印机使用的专用墨水具有快干的

特性，为防止打印头喷嘴部分在打印空闲时一直暴露在空气中造成墨水浓度加大风

干而造成“堵头”现象。注意:当打印机的红色电源指示灯仍在闪烁时，千万不能

随意拔掉电源插头或切断打印机的电源。

2、因为喷墨打印机专用墨水具有挥发性和使用环境等因素影响，长期不使用

也会造成喷头堵塞，所以即使你不长期使用也应隔月开机自检一次。这是因为每次

正常开机后，打印机都会根据其内部的时钟计算出开关机的时间间隔，并根据其长

短对打印头进行自动清洗，其目的也是为了防止长期不使用造成喷嘴堵塞而不能正

常打印。3、当墨水用完后，需及时更换新墨盒。因为若不及时更换，就易造成喷

头干涸而报废。但对于HP、CANNON等打印机，因其墨盒与喷头为一体，更换墨盒

也就更换喷头。对于这一类墨盒，可通过添加墨水的方法延长墨盒的使用寿命，即

使造成墨盒堵头也不会整台机器报废。值得注意的是，此类墨盒内为负压，若添加

墨水后，不抽出多余空气，打印时就不会有墨水喷出。

4、自定义不同的打印方式。通过选择使用不同的墨盒、介质类型、自行调整

打印浓度、自定义打印模式，从而达到节约墨水的目的。

5、为有效避免墨盒长期暴露在空气中而产生干涸堵头现象，当打印机暂不使

用时，应将喷头置于专用的喷头存储盒中。6、定期清洗打印喷头。清洗时，应尽

量使用优质的湿纸巾或无绵纸巾小心轻拭喷嘴边缘，注意切莫触及喷嘴。然后再利

用其控制面板上的清洗键对喷头进行清洗，直至打印输出效果清晰为佳。

喷墨打印机喷头清洗

打印机采用了喷头与墨盒分离的设计方式，使用压电式喷头，在喷墨时没有加

热的过程，也就是“冷喷”。这种设备设计非常精密，尤其是喷嘴部分。而且墨水

是“快干式”的，所以长期闲置很容易造成打印头的喷嘴被塞住。常规的解决方法

是使用驱动程序中的“清洗”功能，但该功能是用墨水冲刷喷嘴来实现的，而墨水

的成本很高，因此浪费很严重。所以这里向大家介绍一个好办法:

思路是这样的:喷嘴被塞住的原因主要有两个，一个是长时间不用打印机，墨

水在喷嘴里水分挥发掉，变成干涸的墨粉，塞在喷嘴里。另一个是灌装的墨水和原

来的墨水混合后由于胶体带电不同而产生中和，形成沉淀塞住喷嘴，这种情况对黑

色墨水来说最容易发生。如果我们让长时间不使用时喷嘴里没有墨水，以及在灌装

新的墨水之前，让打印机里没有原来的墨水，问题就解决了。

实现方法很简单:首先要自制一个清洗墨盒:找几个墨水用完的墨盒(看你的打

印机同时用几个墨盒)，把它撬开，取出里面的泡沫，找一块相近大小的泡沫(找不

到用原来的也行，不过要清洗干净)，把它和空墨盒一起放到清水中清洗(如果不放

心的话，可用纯净水来做，最好先浸泡一段时间)。清洗完后，让泡沫吸足纯净

水，装回空墨盒。一个清洗墨盒就做好了。

使用很简单:把打印机上现有的墨盒取下，装上清选墨盒，用打印机的清洗喷

嘴功能，多次清洗打印头。也可用打印一幅各种颜色都有的图片，打到看不出任何

颜色的时候，喷嘴就清洗好了。

方法有了，我们就应该适时地应用上面这个方法。一是在你打算长时间不用之

前(或者干脆就是每天下班前)，二是在你打算更换墨盒或灌装墨水前。此外，最好

不要使用重灌墨的方法来节约成本，劣质的墨水很容易造成喷嘴堵塞。佳能
