您现在通过的是台儿庄古城的西门。清咸丰七年，台儿庄由土城墙改建为砖城墙，建有城门

六座，东门叫“仰生”，意思是官府、官员仰仗众生而存在；西门叫“台城旧志”，表明她是旧

城的标志；南门叫“惠迪吉”，意思是，顺从天道就能吉利；小南门叫“迎祥”，意思是迎来吉

祥；北门为“中正”，意为中正仁和；小北门叫“承恩湛露”，意思是承蒙上苍恩典，享受浓浓

的甘露；我们现在通过的是西门-----“台城旧志”。

台儿庄古城规划总面积约2平方公里，遵循“存古、复古、创古”的理念，规划确定了11个

功能分区、8大景区和29个景点。重建后的台儿庄古城“院院有水景、院院有展馆、院院有

主题文化”，可以说是运河文化的活化石，中国民居建筑的博物馆。

看运河文化的活化石、中国民居建筑的博物馆要到台儿庄古城来。台儿庄地处南北过渡带，

素有“水旱码头”之称，人流、物流、信息流的涌动和交汇，带来了文化的融合，使台儿庄古

城成为集八大建筑风格于一体、七十二庙宇汇于一城的运河标志城。八大建筑风格分别为：

北方大院、徽派建筑、鲁南民居、水乡建筑、闽南建筑、岭南建筑、欧式建筑、宗教建筑，

而七十二座庙宇包括世界主要的几大宗教-----天主教、基督教、伊斯兰教、佛教及中国主要

民间信仰-----道教、儒教和关帝信仰的各类庙宇，如文昌阁、关帝庙、泰山娘娘庙、妈祖庙

等。

里的京杭运河古河道。城内至今遗存大量的古码头、古驳岸、古船闸等水工设施，被世界旅

游组织誉为“活着的运河”、“京杭运河仅存的遗产村庄”。
