中国人的饮食特点随季节变化而不同,进入秋季,蔬果丰收,虾蟹肥美,加之素有秋季进补
的习惯,不少人在各类美食面前都放松了警惕。但俗话说:病从口入,不正确的饮食习惯、
饮食方式会让身体健康受损。秋天饮食要牢记“四要”、“五不宜”。
秋天是丰收的季节,各种蔬菜瓜果纷纷上市,再加上虾蟹肥美,吃饭成了一件再愉悦不过的
事。但秋天天气凉爽干燥,人体为适应季节变化,生理代谢也会有所调整,不正确的饮食习
惯,如暴饮暴食、过度进补等不仅会给身体带来负担,更可能由于过度进补而中毒。
一、秋季特点
秋季,气温开始降低,雨量减少,空气湿度相对降低,气候偏于干燥。秋季干燥的气候极易
伤损肺阴,从而产生口干咽燥,干咳少痰,皮肤干燥,便秘等症状,重者还会咳中带血,所
以秋季养生要防燥。
秋季,在燥气中还暗含秋凉。人们经夏季过多的发泄之后,机体各组织系统均处于水分相对
贫乏的状态,如果这时再受风着凉,极易引发头痛,鼻塞、胃痛,关节痛等一系列症状,甚
至使旧病复发或诱发新病。老年人和体质较弱者对这种变化适应性和耐受力较差,更应注意
防凉。
二、饮食调养“五要”
秋季饮食调养应遵循“养阴防燥”的原则,饮食宜养阴,滋润多汁。
1、宜食用鸽肉、羊肉:
鸽肉含丰富的血红蛋白,蛋白质含量比猪肉高9。5%,脂肪含量甚低,营养作用优于鸡肉,
且比鸡易消化吸收,因此民间有“一鸽九鸡”的说法,因鸽的性激素分泌非常旺盛,故中医
认为它还有补肾壮阳之用,对用脑过度、神经衰弱的恢复也有明显疗效。
羊肉性热,温中暖身,补虚益气,每500克羊肉能提供6427卡热量,尤其适合冬令或阳虚
之人进补,中医称“人参补气、羊肉补形”,羊肉中的脂肪含量仅有猪肉的1/2,因而不必担
心因摄入过多而引起肥胖。
2、多吃胡桃、芝麻:
胡桃民间又称长寿果,有强身健脑、养颜益容之功。黑芝麻含有丰富的胱氨酸和维生素B
和E,可增加皮脂分泌、改善皮肤弹性、保持皮肤细腻,被日本学者称为改变皮肤粗糙的最
佳食物。
芝麻和核桃中含有丰富的维生素E、不饱和脂肪酸,能营养大脑、皮肤,延缓衰老、滋补养
颜,并迅速补充体力,若将胡桃肉和黑芝麻研碎合用,真可谓珠联璧合,相得益彰,称得上
事半功倍。用脑过度、神经衰弱、体虚疲乏、皮肤干燥者饮用尤好。
3、宜补充健身汤:
秋季饮食以滋阴润燥为原则,在此基础上,每日中、晚餐喝些健身汤,一方面可以渗湿健脾、
滋阴防燥,另一方面还可以进补营养、强身健体。秋季常食的汤有:百合冬瓜汤、猪皮番茄
汤、山楂排骨汤、鲤鱼山楂汤、鲢鱼头汤,鳝鱼汤、赤豆鲫鱼汤、鸭架豆腐汤、枸杞叶豆腐
汤、平菇豆腐汤、平菇鸡蛋汤、冬菇紫菜汤等。
4、宜多吃粥:
初秋时节,天气仍较热,空气潮湿,闷热蒸人,且秋季瓜果成熟,难保人们不贪食过度,这
些均会伤损脾胃,所以秋天早晨多吃些粥,既可健脾养胃,又可带来一日清爽。
秋天常食的粥有:
山楂粳米粥、鸭梨粳米粥、兔肉粳米粥、白萝卜粳米粥、杏仁粳米粥、橘皮粳米粥、柿饼粳
米粥等。对女人来说,秋季健康、均衡的饮食不仅有利于渡过干燥的秋季,更是为寒冬的到
来做好身体的补养准备,会吃、懂得吃的女人最美丽。
5、宜多吃鱼:
秋天是需要进补的季节,但很多人都害怕大量进补导致肥胖,不妨吃点鱼肉,鱼肉脂肪含量

三、秋季饮食“四不宜”
1、不宜暴饮暴食:
一般人到了秋季,由于气候宜人,食物丰富,往往进食过多。摄入热量过剩,会转化成脂肪

4、饮食不宜过分生冷:
