【王志辉】:从消费模式上讲我个人讲不是专家,真正的专家应该是陈颖,她是做商业的,消费模式她可能比我了解更多。
【陈颖】:以我个人的观点,其实天津整个老百姓的消费习惯也跟北京的差异不是很大,也是三条线,第一条商住式的传统卖场,第二条超市,第三通过一些网络也好、平面也好这种团购活动进行采购。但是可能两地之间的差异我不太清楚是什么样的,天津老百姓可能相对于北京这面的收入略低一些,他的习惯是多跑路、多看,哪怕同一品牌他们会几个建材市场都看一遍,哪怕知道的信息是价格都一样,他也会跟每个店面的负责人去谈,选择价格比较便宜的,哪怕这个地方离他们家很远。
【王志辉】:虽然可能感觉上天津市民是不是觉得太小气了,但是我觉得天津人花钱挺理智的,就是这个东西我花掉多少钱,这个装修看上去很小,算下来很大,每个成本都在节约,成本控制非常好。北京这边不太清楚,但是我个人感觉天津市的消费者控制成本的意识非常强,省下来的钱会投入到家居的正式装饰和家具购买当中。但是北京这块我没有发言权,没有做过市场调查,因为我个人跟天津市的消费者接触比较多,有这样一个感受。
【陈颖】:实际上我感觉天津从整体来说,整体的消费特点实际上是趋向于理智,购买材料的时候实际上是精打细算的方式。但是未必说天津没有市场和消费水平低,这是两个概念。现在主要的问题我感觉可能是房地产带动以后对家居市场的影响比较强烈,就是说短期内并没有起到促进的作用,可能因为整个市场发展的比较快,家居二流的服务型的产业没有很快的跟上来,实际上像家居这种服务型行业,有些消费品类型的这种市场,其实只要真正的市场一旦做起来,这种消费力度会很明显的爆发出来,就这样的形式,可能再等一等天津市的家居市场会有更好的前景。
