　　Bill is my good friend. He has a healthy lifestyle. He always drinks a glass of milk and eats an egg for breakfast. He has rice and different kinds of vegetables for lunch. For dinner, he usually eats some fish and vegetables. He never eats junk food.

　　Bill exercis every day. And he goes to bed early and gets up early, too. He sleeps nine hours every night.
