很高兴进入汽车行业,成为一名汽车销售人员,真的很为自己的品牌和公司而骄傲!通过以往的工作,我最自豪的还是自己的客户满意度,基本上没有出现过较大的问题,得分也一直处于团队前列。总结我成功的原因,其实很简单,我爱我的职业,我爱我的品牌,我爱我自己,我爱我身边的人,爱我的每一位客户。我热爱自己的工作,再苦再累都不感疲倦;我用乐观积极的心态,去面对每一次挑战和考验;我用一颗真诚的心,让顾客放下内心的防御。

当然在进步的同时,自己也要以更高的要求去做事情。注重绩效管理,对绩效计划、绩效执行、绩效评估进行全程的关注与跟踪;目标市场定位,区分大客户与一般客户,分别对待,加强对大客户的沟通与合作,用相同的时间赢取最大的市场份额;不断学习行业新知识,新产品,为客户带来实用的资讯,更好为客户服务;并结识汽车各行业各档次的优秀产品提供商,以备客户需要时能及时作好项目配合,并可以和同行分享行业人脉和项目信息,达到多赢;先友后单,与客户发展良好的友谊,处处为客户着想,把客户当成自己的好朋友,达到思想和情感上的交融。

20xx年中,我的计划主要在两个方面:

1、在细节方面,提高工作效率

其中主要包括了每日工作安排,时间规划,团队协作等。在以前的工作当中,此方面做的较为薄弱,尽管自己的工作热情很高,愿意为之牺牲自己的时间,但毕竟这样会影响自己的身体状况和工作状态。总之,在新的一年中应该将事倍功半转变为事半功倍。

(1)、现在万州的几家汽车经销商最有影响的“百事达”“商社”对车的销售够成一定的威胁,在去年就有一些客户到这两家公司购了车。总结原因主要问题是价格因素。价格问题是我们同客户产生矛盾的一个共同点,其他公司在销售车是没有优势的,他们唯一有的优势是价格。再看我们在销售车时,除个别价格外,几乎都占优势。怎样来提高我们的占有率,就是要把我们劣势转化成优势,其实很多客户也是想在4s店购车所以才会拿其他经销商的价格来威胁,客户如果来威胁,就证明他心中有担心,总结来说他们的担心无外乎就是与整车的质量保障、有完善的售后服务、售后的索赔、售后维修的、销售顾问的专业性(更好的使用了解车辆)、公司的诚信度、公司的人员的良好印象等密切相关,这些客户担心的因素,也是其他经销商没有的,同时也将成为我们的优势。

(2)、通过对销售顾问的培训对竞争品牌的学习提高市场的占有率。

(3)、结合市场部对公司和汽车品牌进行有力的宣传,提高消费者的知名度和对车的认知度。

xx年是我跨入汽车销售的第一年,也是我人生发生重大转变的一年。xx年初,我做出了一个人生中最重要的决定,放弃了自己所学的专业和稳定的工作,选择了汽车销售的工作。当时正值全球金融危机,各大企业都在减薪,甚至是裁员之时,我不顾朋友和家人的反对,毅然选择了辞职。其实改行之意,早在全球金融危机爆发之前就有了。大学毕业后的三年间,一直从事技术相关的职业,由于工作的性质和自己的兴趣始终不合拍,所以在平时工作中缺乏积极性,每天都是被动的工作。我明白继续这样下去,对公司和自己都不公平,所以我选择了离开。我要选择一份自己喜欢的工作,让我充满激情投入的职业。因为从小就喜欢汽车,喜欢与人打交道,再加上汽车与自己所学的专业有那么一点接近,汽车销售顾问的工作是再合适不过的了,但这也仅仅是自己的想象罢了。最终在朋友的推荐和自己的努力之下,非常有幸的进入了申蓉大众,从此踏上了我的圆梦之旅!

记得在申蓉上班的第一天,我在晨会上兴奋的说:“我是带着一颗充满激情的心来到这里的,感谢领导给我这个机会,让我实现了我的一个梦想,我会加倍努力的工作,不辜负领导的信任!”到今天,我可以说兑现了当初的诺言。从xx年03月14日到现在,我越来越发现自己是真的很喜欢这份工作,我每天都在积极的学习和快乐的工作。忙碌的工作让我感到特别充实,虽然晚上感到疲惫和劳累,可第二天早上又是精神满满的迎接新一天的挑战。特别是在受到客户认可或取得一定成绩的时候,自己的内心感到十分的满足,非常有成就感。在此之前的工作中,我从来没有像做现在这份工作那样拥有那么多的愉悦感和满足感。现在的工作,无论忙与累,无论有什么挑战和困难,我能够清晰地体会到自己强烈的工作热情。我是无比幸运的!我没有随波逐流,人云亦云;我没有摇摆不定,变来变去;我没有失去自己,东施效颦。我寻找到了自己想要的'工作,将曾经的想象变成了现实!

当然在进步的同时,自己也犯过两次比较严重的错误。

1,在自己签的第一个订单中,将客户所定车型的配置报错,导致客户在完成上户手续之后要求退车。

2,在国庆大假期间的一次试驾中,与骑自行车的行人发生擦挂,导致客户受惊,行人轻微受伤,试驾车大面积维修。

总的来说这两次重大的失误,还是自己业务知识和业务技能欠缺的原因。为此给领导和公司带来麻烦和损失,深表歉意;也感谢领导和公司在此期间的帮助和宽容。通过总结这两次惨痛的经验教训,让我认识到在今后的工作中的各个环节都应该做到细致,以免因为一个错误而降低了整个团队的工作效率。
