　　As teamwork is increasingly important in modern society，everyone should train his ability to cooperate with others.

　　Today's society is no longer a lf-sufficient one，but one in which all the people depend on each other for existence.Only for existence，not to mention the pursuit and obtainment of happiness，one can't do without the ability to work harmoniously with others.In the highly developed society today，one can almost accomplish nothing without joint efforts.Every loaf of bread，every article of clothes，every hou or apartment，every means of transportation is the product of cooperative efforts.We play with other children in kindergartens;we study with our classmates at schools;and we will work with our fellow workers or colleagues in factories or companies. What we have got through teamwork is not only lf-improvement，personal success but also the satisfaction at both our devotion to common caus and the n of collective honor.

　　当今社会不再是自给自足的，所有的人都是互相依存。只为了生存，更不用说追求与获得幸福就这样了，人不能缺乏与他人和谐相处的能力。在今天高度发达的社会，没有共同努力一个人几乎是一事无成。每一块面包，每一件衣服，每一个房子或公寓，各种交通运输工具都是团队努力的结果。我们在幼儿园与其他小孩一起玩;我们在学校和我们的.同学一起学习;我们将与我们的伙伴或在工厂或公司的同事一起工作。通过团队合作我们得到了什么，不仅是自我完善，个人成功，而且也有共同目标的的贡献和集体荣誉感的满足。

　　To meet the needs of both personal improvement and the sophisticated society，we should learn to cooperate with each other and adjust to each other.Only in this way can we achieve success and satisfy ourlves as well as the society.
