摘要：The prent invention relates to the field of communications. Provided are a link adaptation method and device for determining to perform antenna alignment and/or frequency adjustment according to link signal transmission quality. The method
compris: a first antenna device checks an RSSI of the link between the first antenna device and a cond antenna device; when determining that the RSSI is greater than or equal to a first RSSI threshold, the first antenna device checks the SINR of the link; the first antenna device choos to perform frequency adjustment and/or antenna alignment with the cond antenna device according to the RSSI and SINR. An embodiment of the prent invention applies to link adaptation.
