1.Purpo (目的)
为拓宽招聘渠道,为公司内部员工推荐合适人才提供平台,鼓励内部员工通过自己的关系圈推荐外部的优秀人才特制定本政策。
The purpo of this Internal Referral Award Policy is to develop new recruiting channel, provide a platform to internal employees to recommend excellent persons with ability, and encourage employee to recommend external talents.
2.Scope (范围)
xxx科技有限公司所有员工。
All employees in xxx Technology Co., Ltd.
3.Definitions 定义
被推荐人通过试用期考核、表现良好即视为成功推荐。
A recommendation is successful once the new employee pass probationary period with good performance.
4.Responsibility 职责
HR负责推荐奖金的发放
HR will be responsible for referral award.
5.Procedure 程序
5.1 奖励方式 Referral Award
5.1.1 成功推荐将获得推荐奖金,奖金标准将根据推荐职位的级别确定,具体如下:
For any successful recommendation, an award will be given bad on the position level recommended as follows.
成功推荐级别在22-25的员工,奖励500元人民币
Successful referral for grade 22-25, reward RMB 500 per candidate
成功推荐级别在26-28的员工,奖励1000元人民币
Successful referral for grade 26-28, reward RMB 1000 per candidate
成功推荐直接员工(一线操作工),奖励100元人民币
Successful referral for DL, reward RMB 100 per candidate
5.1.2 支付方式 Payment of Referral Award
推荐奖金在被推荐人试用期满后支付,此奖金将与每月工资同期发放(个人所得税自理)
The Referral Award will be paid together with employee’s monthly salary once the recommended employee pass the probationary period (Note: individual income tax should be borne by himlf/herlf).
5.1.3 奖励不适用于以下情况:The referral award is not applicable for the following referral cas involving:
被推荐人是由用人部门经理或者HR推荐的
Candidates who were recommended by hiring manager or HR
没有通过HR进行推荐的

5.2 推荐 Recommendation
5.2.1 人力资源部将空缺职位登于公司内部招聘网站上、Email、宣传栏、外部招聘网等方式
The open positions are published through internal recruiting website, Email, notice
board or external recruiting websites.
5.2.2 内范冰冰壁纸
部雇员候选人的信息资料以书面的方式交于人力资源部招聘组
The information of candidates recommended by internal employee should be
submitted in written.
5.3 面试Interview
5.3.1 人力资源部联系候选人了解详细信息、进行初次面试并核实候选人资历。
HR contacts with candidates for detailed information, review their resumes, and conducts initial screening by interviewing candidates and verifying their personal profile and certificates.
5.3.2人力资源部将符合应聘条件的候选人推荐给用人部门。
HR recommends shorlist candidates to hiring departments.
5.3.3 用人部门经理或总监进行面试。
Hiring managers or directors interview candidates.
5.4 录用Hiring
5.4.1用人部门经理/总监填写面试评估表,确认录用意向;人力资源部与候选人协商薪资待遇及报道日期等事宜,
并且双方签订《录用通知书》
Hiring managers or directors sign asssment form and confirm intent of offer; HR negotiates salary, benefit and onboard date with candidates and issues offers.
5.4.2 人力资源部在候选人签订《录用通知书》后发出《推荐确认表》,由推荐人签字
HR files recommendation confirmation letters signed by employees who recommended candidates after candidates accept and sign offers.
5.4.3 《推荐确认表》需提交人力资源部经理审核盖章后生效
Recommendation confirmation letters will be valid once reviewed and stamped by HR manager.
