Secondly, Students should be able to make their own decisions on which subjects they want to learn in college. It really depends on what a person wants in the future. If someone expects to work for a foreign company, it is quite important that he or she speaks/writes good English. However, for people who are just happy to work in a small to medium local company, it is not necessary to speak/write English that well.
So it is not necessary for everyone to speak English. The students should spend more time on the areas which they interest, and it can benefit their future better.
