Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment.They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs.But the saying goes Everything is difficult to begin.In my opinion,before finding a job,they should do some preparations.
First,when they are in school, they should make good u of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to get some work experience. Second,They should take part in some social activities and provide themlves with special training so that they are more confident and courageous enough to face fairly good jobs or certain positions require.
Do tho things above,I believe once they go out of the campus,they won’t feel bewildered.However,that’s not all.To find a good job,a good application letter and a job interview which are also important.On the other hand,they can ask for jobs by E-mail,friends and the other ways.In a word, want to find a good job,they should catch every chance and keep learning.At last but not least,more confident more chances.

The past decade has witnesd a more and more fierce competition
in the job market.Conquently students voice growing concern over how to get a job after graduation. To this problem, in my mind, there are at least the following three approaches.
First of all, the main approach is to take part in grand recruiting fairs in big cities. The student hands in his resume and waits for the notice of an interview. Secondly, the students can go over the advertiments on newspapers, TV or the Internet to find a satisfactory job. Of cour he should also wait for reply after nding out applications. Finally, going directly to an ideal company is a brave behavior, which sounds pretty rare among the job hunters.
Personally, I would like to choo the cond method in my own practice. On the one hand, I don't want to have a try at tho companies which are not advertid in the mass media. The success rate is so rare that I cannot afford the time and energy. On the other hand, I would not like to go to tho crowded recruiting fairs, which often provide only poorly-paid posts which are neither challenging nor promising. As long as I am sure of making sufficient preparations and distinguishing mylf during interviews, it is out of question for me to get the ideal job which I have been dreaming of.
