3 PRINCIPLE原理
The petri dishes are placed in an airtight container such as an anaerobic jar and the atmosphere in thewole container is replaced by a mixture of hydrogen (H2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen (N2).
The container is then incubated at an appropriate temperature for the specified time interval.

6 PROCEDURE程序
The Mart Anoxomat system is operated according to the manufacturers instructions.
In short: place the petri dishes in the anaerobic jar or Mart jar. Couple the jar to the Mart
Anoxomat and switch on the system by pressing either the anaerobic or microaerobic button. In the former ca, the jar must contain an anaerobic catalyst to ensure conversion of residual oxygen to water. The desired atmosphere is achieved automatically by purging with a gaous mixture of 80-85% N2, 10% CO2 and 5-10% Hcurity什么意思2. This takes approximately 2 minutes. Disconnect the anaerobic/mart jar.
The anaerobic/Mart jar may be incubated in the incubator at the appropriate temperature.
