1.包装要求packing instruction
1、包装方法：在托盘上依次放纸盖、纸框、大塑料袋、护角（skim4个），再放隔板、井字形隔板，每层放81个零件，共放六层，共486只。最上面放合格证一张，合上大塑料袋并封口，上面放一层隔板，最后用透明胶将纸框的两个门封住。

5、纸框两个大侧面的其中一面贴一张纸框标签（格式见表一),并将相应栏目填写完整，同时在如图二所示的相邻两面各粘贴一张条形码（福特A：贴BZ-福特节流阀体-6;福特B：贴BZ-福特节流阀体application-7;福特C：贴BZ-福特节流阀体-8）。
