TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT/录用条件
1.0 Terms of Employment /录用条件
The terms of employment are included in the following documents/录用条件包括在以下文件中:
(i) Labor Contract/劳动合同,
(ii) Position Agreement/岗位协议, and/以及
(iii) This Handbook /本员工手册
The above documents shall be signed before employment.

2.0 Probation Period /试用期
metoliusProbationary period shall be executed according to Labor Contracts.

Probationary period may be shortened at the discretion of General Manager.

During his probationary period, the employee will be given training to learn the technical knowledge of the Company’s industry and operations, as well as the working policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the Company. He shall have the time and opportunity to determine if it is the type of employment he desires, and the Company has the option of evaluating his capabilities and qualities.
在试用期内,员工将会获得培训以学习与公司业务和运作相关技术知识,以及公司的工作政策、流程和规定。他将有时间和机会决定这一份工作是否是他所期望的,公司也有评估他能力的选择。
3.0 Working Hours/工作时间
Working Days/工作日: Mondays ~ Fridays/周一至周五
Hours of a working day: 9:00AM~5:30PM

Subject to government regulations, the above working days, hours and time for

4.0 Overtime Working & Compensation for Overtime Working/加班以及加班补偿
As a general rule, overtime working applications shall be subject to prior written
approval of the General Manager.

Compensation for overtime working shall be calculated as per the Chine
labor laws and regulations.

For staff working under a standard working hour system, deferred rest shall be
offered for overtime working which takes place during weekends. Where
deferred rest of the current year can not be taken by Mar.31st of the next year
for reasons due to the Company, then compensation equal to 200% of the

5.0 Defining of Work Responsibilities and Adjustment thereof /工作职责的定义及其
调整
Work responsibilities shall be clearly defined in the labor contract. The Company management will explain staff’s job responsibilities and the performance standards expected of him/her. Staff agrees that his/her position and work responsibilities can be adjusted after discussion with the management in good faith followed by a written confirmation. From time to time, staff may be asked to work on special projects or to assist with other work necessary or important to the operation of his/her department or the Company on temporary basis and the staff agrees to such arrangement provided that his or her salary does not become lower as a result. The Company will attempt to give affected staff as much notice of impending change as possible.工作职责应在劳动合同中明确约定。公司管理应向员工解释其工作职责和公司对他所期望的工作表现。员工同意其岗位和工作职责在与总经理诚意协商后可以调整,调整应以书面形式确认。有时员工可能会被临时安排去完成一个特殊的项目或去协助其它对公司或其部门来说必要的或重要的工作,员工同意上述安排,条件是其薪资不会因此减少。

6.0 Commuting /上下班交通
Staff shall by himlf/herlf find a solution to daily commuting between home and the Company. However, the Company may provide assistance from time to time in this respect depending on its resources.
员工应自行解决其日常上下班交通。但是公司可能根据其资源情况在这一方面提供协助。
REMUNERATION & SUBSIDIES/薪资和补贴
7.0 Salary & Salary Review /工资和工资评估
Salary shall be defined in labor contract and position agreement, and may be reviewed by General Manager annually.
The Company establishes the salary structure bad on the job descriptions of each position and the market wages standard.

All employees will be paid by the 10th day of each month for his/her previous month work. The payment (net) will be wired to the employee’s bank account.

8.0 Incentives/Bonus
The company may pay employees incentives or bonus as a form of monetary rewards bad on their strong, good and consistent work performance, exemplary work attitudes and behavior, and company profitability. At the beginning of each year, the General Manager shall make an incentive budget which is linked to the above key performance indicators.melody意思

9.0 Subsidies/补助
The Company provides the following subsidies/公司提供以下补助:
Telecommunications subsidy depends on positions and mobile operator’s package pre-defined by the Company. Every staff shall be given his or her own monthly upper limit as defined in the package. Bills exceeding the limit will only be paid by the Company if a reasonable explanation is submitted and approved by the General Manager.

Daily commuting subsidy is applicable to all staff against receipts of public transportation and in amount defined in the position agreement depending on distance between home and the Company. The Company may reduce the amount of this subsidy accordingly if it finances a shuttle bus solution for its staff.
