摘要：PURPOSE:To completely parate a fault signal in regard to the fault signal of an input side even in ca of a using under any condition by equipping a cond AND circuit to input a purging circuit output and a buffer circuit output and to output a prescribed signal. CONSTITUTION:A cond AND circuit part 13B inputs the output of a comparator 12 and the output of a buffer circuit part 13C and nds the output again into the buffer circuit part 13C. The comparator 12 executes comparison between respective input signals and the output of a boating circuit 11. When they are coincident, '1' is outputted and when they are decident, '0' is outputted. A purging circuit 13 outputs the input signal as it is when the input signal is normal and when the input signal once goes to be abnormal, namely, when '0' is once outputted by the comparator 12, after that, '0' is continuously outputted regardless of the input signal. Thus, to the input signal which is once judges as a fault, after the judgement, even when the circumferential condition is changed, the paration from a boating can be completely continued to be held.
