[摘要] 目的 分析我院重点监控药品的临床应用情况及用药合理性，为医院重点监控药品的管理提供参考。 方法 通过医院药学综合管理系统（HPMS） 调取2018 ~ 2019年重点监控药品的使用数据，对重点监控药品的金额、占比、用药频度（DDDs）、日均药费（DDDc）、金额/DDDs 排序位次比
（B/A）及专项点评情况进行统计分析。 结果 2018年实施重点药品监控以来，重点监控药品收入及占药品收入比例呈下降趋势，2018年为1593.19万元（19.02%），2019年为1383.07万元（15.92%）。两年度重点监控药品DDDs 排序前10位的药品总体品种比较稳定，肺力咳合剂两年均排名第1位；两个年度的B/A 比值均是肺力咳合剂最大，喜炎平注射液最小；重点监控药品的合理使用率不断提高。 结论 我院实施重点监控药品管控措施在降低重点监控药品的总金额、促进合理用药方面取得一定的成效，但仍有需要进一步完善的地方。

ds The u data of key monitored drugs in the hospital from 2018 to 2019 were retrieved through the Hospital Pharmaceutical Management System (HPMS), and the amount, proportion, defined daily do system (DDDs), defined daily do consumption (DDDc), and amount/DDDs ranking order ratio (B/A) and special comments on key monitored drugs were statistically analyzed. Results Since the implementation of key drug monitoring in 2018, the income from key monitored drugs and their proportion in the income from drugs have shown a downward trend, with 15.9319 million yuan (19.02%) in 2018 and 13.8307 million yuan (15.92%) in 2019. The overall varieties of the top 10 key monitored drugs ranked by DDDs for the two concutive years were relatively stable, with Feilike mixture ranking the first in both years. In both of the two years, the B/A ratio of Feilike mixture was the biggest and that of Xiyanping injection was the smallest. The rational utilization rate of key monitored drugs has been continuously improved. Conclusion The implementation of control measures for key monitored drugs in our hospital has achieved certain results in reducing the total amount of key monitored drugs and promoting RDU, but there is still room for further improvement.
