摘要：A biomedical electrode is disclod that includes at least first and cond electrical nodes for connection to medical equipment. The biomedical electrode includes a first electrical node including a disc of conductive material having a diameter d and a cond electrical node including a ring of conductive material. The ring is concentric with
the disc and- has a diameter d that is larger than d and having a ring thickness t such that (4 ≤ d / t ≤ 6). It is further disclod a biomedical electrode providing at least first, cond, third and fourth electrical nodes for connection to medical equipment, said biomedical electrode comprising said first electrical node including a disc of conductive material having a diameter d; said cond electrical node including a first ring of conductive material, said first ring being concentric with the disc and having a radius αthat is larger than d/2; and said third electrical node including a cond ring of conductive material, said cond ring also being concentric with the disc and having a radius β that is larger than d/2; said fourth electrical node including a third ring of conductive material, said third ring also being concentric with the disc and having a radius of thirty millimeters that is larger than d/2, such that (3 α β) is less than about 0.225 cm.
