1. Ice water tank
This tank is horizontal insulating structure, inner wall, outer wall are made of stainless steel 304. PU insulating material with 70mm thickness, R22 refrigerant go through copper tube for evaporation, there are 4 groups copper tube evaporators. It has sufficient heat exchanging area.
One circulates ice water by a pump. During pasteyrizer working some part ice water circulates direct back into ice water tank and other part supplies to pasteurizer. Back from pasteurizer the return ice water goes to bottom of ice water tank.

4. Refrigerating unit installation instruction
4.1 Electrical connection
4.1.1 Power line voltage and binding clamp
请注意接线盒中接线端子的方向(单相R.S.C.;三相T1.T2.T3)。为保证压缩机的正常启动和运行,供电电压不能低于压缩机额定电压的本科留学出国10%。
Plea note in the connecting box the terminal direction (single pha R.S.C. ; three-pha T1.T2.T3). In order to ensure the compressor the normal start and the running, the voltage of power supply shall not be lower than the compressor rated voltage 10%.
4.1.2三相压缩机的旋转方向Three-pha compressor hand of rotation
涡旋压缩机只能在一个旋转方向进行压缩。三相压缩机的旋转方向由电源相序决定,因此压缩机有50%的可能性发生“反转”。
托词的意思在现场安装时,可以根据吸气压力的降低和排气压力的升高来判断压缩机在正确的方向上。
另外,如果压缩机是反转的话,压缩机噪音比较异常,运行电流也明显比正常运行低。
短时间反转是对压缩机没有危害的,但长时间反转会损害压缩机。
可以在控制回路中设置相序保护模块来保证在相序不对的情况下不运行。
The scroll compressor only can run in one direction of rotation. The three-pha compressor running direction of rotation decided by the power source pha order, therefore the compressor has 50% possibility occurrence “wrong direction of rotation”.
初学英语Installation in site, may judge the compressor running in the correct direction according to inspiration pressure drop and the exhaust pressure increa. Moreover, if the compressor running in wrong direction of rotation, the compressor noi is abnormal, the running current also is obviously lower than the normal operation.
Running in wrong direction in a short time is no harm to the compressor, but the long time running in wrong direction will harm the compressor.
It may t one pha order protection module in control loop to ensure the compressor will not run when pha order is not correct.
4.2 抽真空(干燥)Vacuumize (Drying)
系统在检漏测试后必须抽真空。抽真空必须使用真空泵。不允许用压缩机自行抽真空。为了便于抽真空操作,建议在吸气管道和液体管道上安装抽真空阀。抽真空阀与真空泵之间的连接管道内径至少为8mm,抽真空阀上的接口截面积应不小于连接管的截面。所有连接管截面之和不应小于真空泵吸气口截面。
The system must be vacuumized after leakage test. Vacuumize must u vacuum pump. Forbidden to vacuumized by itlf. Advice to install one vacuum valve in the inspiration pipeline and liquid pipeline for convenience vacuumize.
The minimum inner diameter of pipes between the vacuum valve and the vacuum pump is 8mm. Vacuum valve the connection cross-ctional area shall be not smaller than the connecting pipe ction area. The total area of the all connecting pipe ction should not be smaller than the vacuum pump air inlet ction.
