风向标英语地租理论是一个历史性的范畴，也是马克思主义理论体系中的经典一隅，对于社会主义初级阶段的中国如何科学地、合理地运用马克思地租理论，国内学者也在不断的进行研究与探索。马克思的地租理论既批判了古典政治经济学地租理论的缺陷，也继承发扬了其经典之处，马克思将斯密、李嘉图的地租理论进一步扬弃，并形成了自己的地租理论体系，以劳动价值论为基础，马克思在资本主义条件下，揭示了地租的本质，在李嘉图级差地租的基础上发展完善了级差地租和绝对地租理论，对地租理论的完善做出了巨大贡献，对指导我国地租理论的研究提供了宝贵的依据。
本文通过5个章节对地租理论的发展进行了梳理与介绍，第1章绪论，阐述了地租理论的研究背景及意义，以及对于地租理论，国内和国外学者的研究现状，对地租理论的发展有一个初步的认识了解。
第2章阐述的是古典政治经济学代表人物和创始人之一亚当·斯密对地租理论研究的主要内容，斯密定义了地租即是租地人使用土地的代价，对地租与商品价格的关系，以及生产人类食物与非人类食物是否提供地租进行了分析。本章对斯密地租理论进行了简要的评价，斯密虽然定义了地租概念及来源，分析了与商品价格的关系，但斯密主要研究了地租的实物形态，而且没有对地租之间的差别进行分析，没有回答是否所有土地都提供地租，这是斯密地租理论的不足之处。星期三的英语单词
