摘要：PURPOSE:To improve efficiency and safety, by hanging a coil by a coil hanging bar and turning a skid placing arm as soon as a main frame is turned for placing a skid and upending a coil. CONSTITUTION:A skid placing arm 21 is t at a horizontal position A, the frame portion 15a of a main frame 15 at a horizontal position C and a beam for receiving a coil at an isolated position E. A hydraulic cylinder unit 19 is contracted for locking a hanging bar 17 of a coil c to a bar unit 17b. The hanging bar 17 is adjusted vertically by the hydraulic cylinder 20 to permit the center of the coil c to coincide with the center of a skid L. Then, the hydraulic cylinder 19 is contracted to cau the bottom surface c1 of the coil c to be t at a position F. Next, the arm 21 is uprighted by a cylinder 22 to cau the bottom surface c1 of the coil 4 to be held in abutment against the skid L. A cylinder 13 permits an arm 21 to stand up (D) for upending the coil. With this arrangement, efficiency can be improved.
