Our sleep time over the past century has been reduced by almost 20 percent.
Generally, adults need to sleep one hour for every two hours awake, which means that most need about eight hours of sleep a night. Of cour, some people need more and some less. Children and teenagers need an average of about ten hours.

However important we may consider school life to be, there is no denying the fact that children spend more time at home than in the classroom.
