摘要：PURPOSE:To charge a wire rod smoothly by an operator for an automatic press-fitting machine by pyramidally or conically forming a ction corresponding to an end ction of the press-fitted wire rod. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod hoop 5 is rewound and straightened, and fed to a forming unit 7 and a position corresponding to an end ction of a wire rod is fabricated pyramidally or conically, the wire rod 5 is crushing-worked longitudinally at every proper interval by a crushing working unit 8, and the wire rod is press-fitted into a resin mold 42 and the upper end of the wire rod is cut. Forming working and crushing working are operated alternately, and the wire rod 5 is moved downward only by a specified pitch under the state in which either working edge is worked, thus press-fitting the wire rod into the resin mold 42. Accordingly, both ends of a cut wire-rod terminal are molded conically or pyramidally, thus easily inrting a miconductor device to a board of an automatic charging apparatus for the miconductor device.
