太行、太岳革命根据地粮食危机及应对

摘要：抗日战争时期，由于日伪的掠夺和破坏，加之自然灾害的侵袭及灾民的涌入，使太行、太岳革 命根据地一度面临严重的粮食危机。为解决这一问题，太行、太岳革命根据地党和政府采取了一系列应对 措施，如减轻公粮负担；安置移民，组织垦荒；兴修水利；推广农业技术；开展节约互助运动；“精兵简政”；加 强粮食斗争；完善粮食制度建设等。这一系列举措的推行和实施不仅有效化解了根据地的粮食危机，而且 为抗战胜利奠定了重要的物质基础。southcarolina

Food Crisis and Measures Taken in Taihang and Taiyue Revolutionary Ba Areas

(School of History and Culture,Shanxi University,Taiyuan030006,China) Abstract：During the Anti- Japane War,Taihang and Taiyue revolutionary ba areas faced rious food crisis from the looting and destruction by the Japane and the puppet army,and from the natural disasters and a flood of refugees into the areas.To solve this problem,the party organizations and the local governments of the ba areas took the following measures：releasing the farmers，burden of public grain,helping the migrants ttle down to reclaim the wasteland,undertaking irrigation projects promoting agricultural technology,launching economy and mutual- aid campaigns,streamlining the military and administrative structure,fighting more forcefully against the enemy for food,improving the food system construction.The promotion and implementation of the measures not only effectively addresd the food crisis of the ba areas,but also laid an important material foundation for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.
