Since Party A entrusts Party B to translate the relevant written document, two parties agree to sign the following translation agreement under each other’s friendly consultation:

5.Party B shall keep confidentiality of any content of the documents provided by Party A and can
not disclo to any third party.Party B shall not dispo the original document and the1

6.Party B has right not to translate the document with unclear original test and blurred writing.If

兼职翻译聘用协议

甲方：武汉佰泰电力工程有限公司 乙方：
关于甲方委托乙方做“科特迪瓦项目考察陪同翻译”服务工作的事宜，为明确甲、乙双方权利与义务，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，以资共同信守，内容如下：
一、服务内容：甲方所委托的翻译业务，包含笔译、口译和综译，还包括双方约定同意的其他业务合作。
二、乙方应当保证“陪同翻译”的服务质量和水平，如对“陪同翻译”的服务水平发生争议，应由双方共同认可的第三方评判。
甲方应在乙方提供服务之前，向乙方提出详细要求，如甲方未能及时提出，则乙方不承担由此对甲方造成的影响。同时甲方须提前向乙方提供相关资料。
四、乙方应严格按照“陪同翻译”的服务标准操作程序和保证相应质量进行服务。
五、乙方如遇到非人为因素而导致暂时不能履行翻译服务，应提前告知甲方，并协商解决。
六、在履行合同过程中，如甲方提出活动需要改动，需提前告知乙方，如造成乙方经济损失，由甲方负责。
七、甲方提供给乙方的翻译件仅供乙方进行文字翻译，必须严格保守甲方的商业、技术秘密，否则甲方有权追责。
八、双方商定的“陪同翻译”服务价格为800元/天, 要求双方商定由两人进行“陪同翻译”服务。乙方将于 年 月 日开始进行服务。结算时甲方按实际服务天数支付给乙方费用，约定往返机票为结算依据。
九、服务期间，甲方向乙方提供国外餐饮及住宿。
