活性石灰是钢铁冶金工业的基本原料,可以提高炼钢的速度、产量和质量。除此之外,活性石灰还广泛被应用到污水处理、垃圾、化工、造纸等各行业。回转窑作为煅烧活性石灰的主要设备之一,有着广泛的用途和非常好的发展前景。随着有色冶金行业、建材行业发展和活性石灰在其它行业的广泛应用,对回转窑的需求越来越多,规格要求也会不断扩大。这将有利于我国回转窑技术的研究和发展,从而提高我国回转窑的技术水平。
随着科技的发展进步和回转窑的广泛实际应用,石灰回转窑逐渐有多档支承向两档支承发展的趋势。本论文以两档支承的石灰回转窑作为研究的对象,阐述了石灰回转窑系统三大主机的基本结构、工作原理和工艺流程。分析了石灰物料在回转窑内的运动状态,研究了回转窑的传统设计理论及方法,通过对检测结果、试验数据的分析比较,总结出影响石灰回转窑设计主要参数的主要因素。通过实验数据和相关分析,生产中经验的总结,完善和优化了石灰回转窑的主要参数的计算和选型。编写了石灰回转窑选型计算和结构设计的软件,方便了两档支承回转窑的设计计算和结构优化,使计算更加方便迅速。并对软件计算的结果进行了对比验证,具有一定的实用价值。此软件与实际工况和生产经验相结合,所设计的石灰回转窑更能符合实际生产的需求,结构更加合理,可以提高产品的竞争力。美国将暂停所有中国客运航班
该研究为两档支承的石灰回转窑的设计和的生产提供指导,有利于提高活性石灰产品的质量。

六级 查分The model of rotary kiln changed from multi-supporting to two-supporting with the progress of science and the practical application abroad of rotary kiln. In the paper, two-supporting lime rotary kiln is the object of rearched, elaborated the basic structrure, the principle of work and the technological process of three main equipments of lime rotary kiln system. The motion states of the lime materials in rotary kiln was analyed and the traditional theory and method for the design of rotary kiln were studied. Analyd and compared the testing result and experimental data, the primary factors influenced the design of lime rotary kiln were summarized. Through the experimental data and correlative analysis, experience in production was summarized, to improve and optimize the main parameters and lection of lime rotary kiln. Software about the mathematical model and structural design of lime rotary kiln was written. It will be beneficial to designing calculation and structrural optimization of two-supporting rotary kiln and to the calulcation more easily and quickly. The calculating results of software were compared and verified, has some practical value. 第1章绪论
1.1 活性石灰概述
石灰作为一种基础原料,在工业生产中占有一定的比重。通常所说的石灰是指石灰石在高温煅烧下放
出CO2气体以后得到的以CaO为主要成份的产物。石灰按照其活性度(availability of lime)的大小可分为活性石灰和普通石灰。石灰的活性度是指熔渣中与其它物质的反应能力,用石灰在熔渣中的熔化速度来表示。由于直接测定石灰在熔渣中的熔化速度(热活性)比较困难,通常采用酸碱滴定法测定,石灰的活性大小是表征水化反应速度的一个指标,是指在充足时间内,是以中和生石灰消化时产生的Ca(OH)2所消耗的4mol/L盐酸的毫升数来表示[1,2]。一般石灰的活性度平均值超过300ml/4N-HCl(4NHCl·40±1°C,10min盐酸滴定值),被称为活性石灰。活性石灰与普通石灰的主要成份都是CaO,但活性石灰CaO的含量高达85%以上,是一种性能活泼、反应能力强、含硫量低的优质石灰,具有体积密度小、气孔率高(50%左右)、比表面积大(1.5~2.0㎡/g)、氧化钙的矿物结晶细小(一般为1~3µm)等特性,SiO2+Fe2O3+AL2O3等杂质含量小于2%,残余CO2含量一般不超过2%,甚至有的石灰的活性度最高能达到420ml以上。活性石灰又称软烧石灰,其外观呈现乳白色的块状物,当含有杂质时,呈灰色、淡黄色或褐色[2,3]。
生产活性石灰所用的原料石灰石是一种天然的矿物,不是一种纯净的物质,由CaCO3、MgCO3、SiO2、K2O、Al2O3、FeO3、P、S、Na2O等物质组成。其矿物组成以方解石(CaCO3)为主,有些也有白云石共生。石灰组成中有游离CaO和结合CaO,游离氧化钙中又分活性氧化钙和非活性氧化钙。非活性氧化钙在普通消解条件下,不能同水发生反应,但是有可能转化为活性氧化钙,如磨细后。而活性氧化钙则是在普通消解条件下,能同水发生反应的那部分游离氧化钙。结合氧化钙是不可
回复的,故不能称为非活性氧化钙。石灰的活性主要取决于活性氧化钙的质量分数。石灰石的锻烧是石灰石菱形晶格结构重新结晶转化为石灰的立方晶格结构的变化过程。其变化所得到的晶体结构与形成新晶核的速度和它的生长速度有关。当前者大于后者时,所得到的为细粒晶体,其活性氧化钙分子数量多;反之,所得为低表面能的粗粒晶体,其活性氧化钙分子数量少。石灰石在低温下锻烧,所得到的为细粒晶体结构的石灰即活性石灰[5,6]。活性石灰
