上海高复摘要：PURPOSE:To make an AND circuit unnecessary and to reduce the number of transistors by constiting a circuit of two three state inverters, one inverter and two pull-up resistances. CONSTITUTION:The pull-up resistances 13 and 14 with lower drive ability than that of the outputs L of the two three-state inverters 11 and 12 who signal inputs are fixed at 'H' are connected to the outputs of said inverters 11 and 12. The control inputs of the inverters 11 and 12 are formed so that the one directly supplies a signal from an input terminal 1 and the other supplies a signal that the inverter 2 inverts the signal of the input terminal. Accordingly, the output terminals of the inverters 11 and 12 are always at L and at a high impedance according to the state of the control input. When the output of the three-state inverter shifts from L to a high impedance, the output terminal keeps L for a white, then slowly shifts to H. Conquently, the periods H of the two output never appear simultaneously.
