目的 通过对两种不同托盘包裹的无菌包，高压蒸汽灭菌后其包内温湿度变化的比较，探讨最佳的消毒打包材料。方法 用两种不同托盘打无菌包，在灭菌程序结束10min时打开柜门，柜内冷却至30min、60min时分别测试其包内温湿度，并对实验组和对照组测试结果进行统计学分析。结果 实验组和对照组温湿度变化情况比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 冲孔托盘包较普通托盘包温湿度下降速度快，明显低于卫生部《消毒技术规范》的标准。
